    Cartridge / Handle replacement in single bathroom

    Alex was very professional and was very quick to return my call. He explained everything in great detail of what was to be done and needed to be replaced. Highly knowledgeable and will recommend to anyone.

    BATHTUB LEAK

    Alex first said that old bathtub tiles are the reason that the bathtub is leaking into the wall and sprang a leak in the ceiling below. Then he said that the faucet was installed incorrectly . After fiddling with the faucet for a couple hours Alex claimed that he fixed it and there should be no more problems. The next day my tenant called me that the bathtub is is still leaking into the ceiling below after he took a shower. Alex told me that he cannot do do any more for me and refused to come back, even though he already charged me $200 cash for the job. Don't hire him for any plumbing job.

    Thank you for your feedback. For starters we do not appreciate being threatened by you via email of complying with your demands or getting a "bad review". It's been made clear to you that your bathtub tiles are the primary problem, the secondary problem is improperly installed faucet. We in good fate tried to correct the "secondary problem" aka "faucet" as much as possible, we have also tested it with you present and there were no leaks. With that said, you can't expect magic without fixing the "primary problem" aka your bathtub tiles. From our end we did everything possible to do as far as "plumbing" goes, we aren't GC's or Tilers and can't resolve those issues as it isn't our field of trade, as such you can't expect us to come back and do something that isn't within our Trade. As such we acted in a professional manner and you were made aware of all problems, at this stage we ask that you refrain from "libel accusations" in an attempt to defame us. ^ TP

    Professional & Courteous Service

    Alex was professional, courteous and efficient. I had a leak and blockage in my kitchen sink called Toronto Plumber and got Alex. He was at my home within 40 mins . Assessed the problem, gave me a quote upfront and did the the work all within an hour. He also took the time to explain why he did the repair he did and point some previous poor workmanship on the plumbing. Would recommend him for his efficient and professional service!

    Leaking toolet

    Alex, is honest and truly knows what he is doing. He was great to work with and I would only call his company in the future for any plumbing needs I may have.

    Wall noises from pipes and leaking toilet

    We had been dealing with increasing wall noises from running water in pipes in two locations plus a leaking toilet. Another plumber could not fix the problems. Alex came to our house at the designated time and was able to locate the faulty shut off valves and sink cartridges causing the noises in the walls. He also ordered a replacement part for the toilet and returned to install it. Alex is very knowledgeable, professional, patient and very courteous. The pricing was reasonable for the work that was done. Thank you, Alex!! I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to friends and family.

    Leak Into Basement Removed; New Toilet Installed

    Advice over the phone was knowledgeable and professional. Scheduling was flexible. Once he was on sight, his solution to the leak did jump the price by a multiple of four. However, Alex took time to explain what would be best for long term quality. He was pretty much on the level. The job took longer than first promised, however we all did express the importance of doing a job that we could be proud of. Alex's knowledge of toilet models made his selection of our replacement a welcome surprise. He and his assistant did not dawdle and worked to get the job done. They were also aware of cleaning up after themselves.

    Sewage back-up!

    Sewage backed up and spilled out of the overflow drain in our basement. We called a plumber who was unable to come but referred us to Toronto Plumber.Ca. Alex came to our home and quickly diagnosed the problem: a broken sewage pump. (We hadn't realized the pump was broken, which was the cause of the basement toilet not draining properly--no wonder the plunger was of no help!) Alex replaced the sewage pump and check valve. This was a dirty job even for a plumber. Alex was excellent, efficient and very professional. We're very grateful for his prompt response to our plumbing problem and highly recommend The Toronto Plumbr.Ca.

    Emergency Visit

    Alex was wonderful. Very professional and took the time to explain the ins and outs before proceeding with any work. As a new home owner, I appreciated the education. I will be sure to use him again.

    Highly recommend

    Alex was knowledgeable and able to efficiently diagnose the issue. He was transparent and very fair about the pricing. To replace a missing part, he drove across the city and came back to fix the problem within a couple hours (without charging me extra service costs).

    burst pipe repair

    I had a burst pipe outside after the winter and Alex arrived on time and repaired the pipe. He also offered suggestions to avoid the problem in the future. He is professional and his quote was almost half his competitor. I will call on Alex for future plumbing needs. Thanks!
