    Multiple plumbing jobs

    Alex is great to work with. He showed up as arranged and prices the jobs fairly and promptly. He completed several jobs for me (installed bathroom sink, replaced faucet for kitchen, installed laundry tub and correctly installed a drain pipe and fixed a low flow faucet and leak). He explains everything thoroughly and correctly installs things while keeping the house clean and free of debris. I would not hesitate to work with Alex again!

    Kitchen drain clean out and repair

    I described the situation to Alex and he was there on time time. The problem was not as severe as I expected and he explained what work was necessary and what wasn't. His price was the best and he completed the work efficiently and kept the work site very clean. He is my go to guy for all of my plumbing needs !! Thanks Alex !

    Great Work, Great Price!

    Alex came recommended to me from a friend when I asked for a good, independent licensed plumber. I needed to have a pullout hose in a kitchen faucet replaced and I needed to have the water supply valves / drain hose for a washing machine replaced. He had very good turnaround time, was on time, fixed all these things and gave me a very fair price. I would definitely use him again and would recommend him to family and friends. I love my laundry room now!

    Third time was the charm

    Alex was the third plumber I contacted regarding a tricky leak in the second floor bathroom. The first plumber didn't find it, the second found it, but then ghosted us. Within a few hours, Alex found the issue, and then repaired it. It wasn't an easy location to work in, but Alex and Terry were able to get the job done.

    Outstanding Honest Plumber

    The under sink drains in my daughters kitchen townhouse was broken and also not draining. 2 separate problems! Alex whom we have used in our home in the past arrived within an hour evaluated the problem. Recommended solutions and provided a quote. Completed redoing all the ABS drains and traps then unclogged the drain .Always explaining the process along the way. I Trust Alex for his ability but also for his honesty. BTW it was 9AM Sunday morning when I called him!

    Shower Leak

    Alex and Terry came to our house to check out a shower leak and a problem with pipes hammering in our laundry room. I was afraid that I was going to do some major reno work, but it turned out that I would only need to do some minor repairs once they did their diagnostics. They were professional, thorough, respectful, and pleasant to deal with. Alex explained what the issues were and steps to fix it. I will definitely use this company again.

    Bathroom Upgrade & Repair

    Alex was more than accommodating scheduling a time/date for our planned bathroom renovation & installation. We’re in an 8 Unit privately owned apartment building. TO Plumber.ca completed the work ensuring our COVID concerns. The work was completed as per our request, on time and at the cost we agreed to. Problems occurred after he left. I called. Alex cancelled his scheduled appt’s for the next day and was here the next morning to help us with our emergency. Alex’s Master Plumber certification & experience allowed him to diagnose/solve the problems. I was so grateful for, as he put it, “commitment to my customers!” Thank you!

    Bathroom Faucet

    I have been having a problem with a bathroom faucet. Two plumbers had tried to fix it without success. They could not even identify the nature of the problem. Then Alex arrived and within 7 minutes found the cause of the problem.It took him additional 15 minutes to fix it. Great job done professionally in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex to anyone with plumbing issues. Thank you. Eva.

    Shower, Toilet and Kitchen repairs

    Alex is great! I needed a bunch of things. I called for my cracked shower head pipe. He fixed that adding a proper metal neck vs the plastic one. I told him about the noise my toilet makes when flushed. He fixed that. I had a dishwasher leak. Turns out after I had the dishwasher guy in, the actual shut off value coming from the wall, connecting the hose was faulty of which he promptly came back the next day to fix. All of that for $750. May be a lot to some. But for me, it’s about speed, and professionalism that = value for the money. Replacing with better parts and taking the time to walk me through what he found, what he was going to do to fix it, and how it actually came to be an issue, and how to avoid with the right parts in future. Alex was great and he’ll likely be my plumber for every other issue moving forward if he’s available.

    FAUCET LEAK IN UNUSED BASEMENT LAUNDRY TUB

    Alex arrived within 30 minutes of call. He assessed the problem, and provided a quote for the job. Not only did he fix the leak, but he also disconnected the pipes and the tub, brought them upstairs and cut off the legs of the tub for easier disposal. He was both personable and professional.
