    Clearing outside drain

    I discovered a clog in my outside drain so I called Alex and described my issue. He gave me a reasonable fee estimate and came over within a couple of hours. He is professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He fixed the clog in an efficient manner and gave some pointers on how to prevent the situation in the future. His fee was in the range of his quoted estimate. I am very happy with the experience.

    blocked kitchen sink-leaky bathroom faucet

    My issue was a blocked kitchen sink and a leaky bathroom faucet, so I called and booked an appointment with Alex. He came out and after assessing the situation, gave me a very fair and reasonable quote. I agreed and he did the job wonderfully! - very professionally and in practically no time at all. A very nice man, very polite and professional. I will definitely be recommending him to all my family and friends. Thanks again Alex!!

    Kitchen sink and complicated pipe

    After attempting to contact several plumbers, I finally reached out to Alex based on Homestars reviews. He and his worker were great! They came the same day, gave my husband and I an explanation of the issue and multiple options. He was able to clear my kitchen sink drain (which I was aware was more complicated than most based on other plumbers failed attempts), within the hour. He also was very tidy with minimal noise and arrived earlier in the day before my toddler was home from daycare so our evening was not disrupted. He really exceeded expectations!

    Kohler toilet not operating properly

    Alex came at exactly the agreed upon time in order to examine the faulty Kohler toilet and provided a no-obligation quote. Two days later again at the agreed time, Alex and his apprentice arrived with the necessary parts to do the repair as quoted. We were very satisfied with the experience. H of Brampton

    Faucet Repair (Kitchen and Bathroom)

    Had issues with the lack of hot water flowing into my bathroom sink faucet, and water pressure issues with my kitchen faucet. Contacted The Toronto Plumber based on the positive reviews on HomeStars. Coordinated the work to be done with Alex and Terry, who both came to help me out with the work. Very efficient, and professional. Also took the time to explain other potential issues that I may run into with my plumbing in the future based on the condition of my pipes, etc. Great experience.

    Prompt & Professional

    We had a leaking shut off valve under our kitchen sink which had to be replaced. Alex and his assistant arrived in about an hour. An explanation and charges for the work were fully disclosed before they began. I happened to mention that my water pressure was low. He then offered to check out the faucet at no charge. Upon doing so, he was able to restore full water pressure and the charge was minimal for that. They were extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. The entire job was fairly priced. I fully recommend this company!

    Blocked Stack

    Our kitchen sink clogged regularly, and then the water draining from our bathtub a floor above began to back up in the kitchen sink. The first plumber we called proposed an expensive cleansing of all our drains (without mentioning the stack, or large main drain that goes to basement) specifically. Toronto Plumbers diagnosed the problem in the stack and offered a far less costly repair, offering to not have us pay if the problem doesn’t clear and it turned out to need a more substantial repair. I really appreciated that “money back guarantee” but am happy to say that they got it right the first time, and no more draining issues!

    Quick, Professional, Excellent

    We had a bit of a plumbing emergency--completely clogged sink and dishwasher drain. I called The Toronto Plumber in the morning and they arrived in the early afternoon on the same day. In less than an hour the clog was removed and I got some good advice on preventing a recurrence. Meanwhile, I mentioned in passing I needed a new toilet installed--so they just installed it while they were here! I feel lucky we found this company and will always call them in future for anything plumbing related.

    Toilet Installations

    Alex did a great job installing 2 new toilets in our very old house! We called on Friday and he fit us in first thing Monday morning. Overall GREAT experience, would definitely use again.

    Toilet and Shower Issues

    What an AMAZING experience I had with TorontoPlumber.ca. I had called them on Monday night I had issues in my condo with my toilet and my shower as they are all connected. They were at my condo first thing. This company is extremely reliable, friendly, and reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to everyone and should I have plumbing issues I will defiantly be calling them back.
