We needed a whole-house AirConditioner install, furnace inspection and new thermostat install done on a particularly hot day (equipment was here, but not hooked up). Steve had a quote to us in the morning, and a technician out by noon who had everything up and running within a couple of hours. The price was fair, and didn't go over the pre-quoted estimate even though there was more work than expected. Tech was courteous, professional and (as far as I can tell) did great work. Great service with an amazing turnaround. Thanks Steve and Aedan!

This is the second time that I have turned to Steve and Air In Motion for the installation of a new A/C unit, and for annual servicing. I can’t say enough about the professional, friendly and courteous service. The team at AIM take the time to answer questions, review the work completed and were very neat. I would highly recommend AIM and will definitely continue to use them.

My 9-year old air conditioning unit packed up a few days ago. Steve was on top of it immediately and advised that while I could go with a repair costing almost $1,700, there was no guarantee that the unit wouldn't need more, and likely expensive, repairs in the future. While the new unit that he suggested cost double the estimated repair cost, it made sense to go with the new one, which has a 10-year warranty, simply based on the law of diminishing returns. The new unit was installed today, only 5 days after the old one packed up. Great service.

A superb customer service! I contacted AIM regarding a pre-season inspection of my A/C unit. Their response was quick - an immediate contact on the phone with a real person, an appointment scheduled for the very next day. The kindness and attention given to all my concerns were remarkable. Both Steve and technician Al answered fully all my questions about my HVAC system. I was very impressed with their expertise and helpfulness. You really feel you are in good hands. I highly recommend this company.

We needed our gaslines replaced because they were undersized. Steve and his team were on time, did a great job and showed me what was done. I was very happy with the responsiveness and professionalism of Steve and his team.

I contacted Steve asking if he had availability the day of for gas technicians to check a gas leak that we found when we first moved into our new house. Steve was great! He knew that we had two young kids and made sure that we had technicians come the same day. His technicians came and even dealt with our other tags given by Enbridge. When we kept smelling gas, Steve was very understanding as well and had someone come out to our house as soon as possible. Overall, steve and his team has been so accommodating. They are also very quick with their response time, which i think is so important in this line of work! Thank you Steve and your full team!

I had In Motion connect an existing exterior line to the main source in our furnace room. They also did a safety check of my own hookup of the bbq. They were very responsive when I called them, and came by the next day. Very quick and polite workers. I paid more than I expected to for such a small job, but happy with their work nonetheless.

Steve and his team replaced my 20 year old furnace with care and ease. I was concerned about a gas smell so they tested for any issues and explained the source of the smell to ease my concerns. They are very professional and clean up was great. Also installed a new thermostat and helped me understand how to use it . Lastly they restarted my fireplace pilot light. Little things that needed tending to. They made it a breeze . Thanks AIM team! Easy transition on all fronts .

After being away for a few days, I returned home to a "dead" furnace. Calling around for service, Steve's company was the only one that was able to respond that day. This was because his technician was the only one that had the most likely required parts on the vehicle. After a few adjustments, Sam had the heat restored, much to my relief, in no time.
