    Quote and Installation of an alarm system

    I researched 2 alarm companies. Price was competitive on both. I went with JTL because of the quality of service and care. The technician who came out to give me a quote was very through. He was patient and took his time to explain to me what he thought me needs were and why. He left me with the pricing information and gave me the time I needed to think about my decision. There was absolutely no pressure. Once I made my decision to go with JTL booking the installations was very easy and they worked around my schedule. The technician who came out in install was respectful of my home. He explained things to me along the way and made sure I understood how to operate the system before he left. After it was up and running I had a few questions and the company responded to my calls very quickly. I would highly recommend JTL Alarm!

    Home security system

    Technician came and checkout home. He had a few recommendation. I pick one that i can remotely control various devices ( lights,doors, camera) He came back in a few day and installed the system. Technician is very patient and helpful explaining how the system works. He is very professional and does a great job installing the system. I highly recommend him to relatives and friends.

    Security System Installation

    We reviewed some providers of security systems for our home and were very pleased to have included JTL Securities in our review. Bao (Dolby) Song promptly visited our premises. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable and offered a security and monitoring solution that provided current technology at a very competitive price. One of their service technicians, Blair, was dispatched within 3 days and successfully installed all the equipment. He was competent, courteous and was very careful not to damage anything in our home during the installation. He ensured the system was functioning as intended and provided a complete in-service of the system before departing. Professionally done. I would highly recommend JTL Alarm and Surveillance be considered for your security needs.

    install cameras & survielance system

    Our technitian Dolby was every helpful. He was very patient with us and explained the cameras and how to use the system on our laptops and cell phones. He was respectful of our home and did a proffessional job of installing all equipment. He also gave us important adivce on how to protect our system and equipment. The cameras are amazing...it's a new toy for us!!! Loving it forsure! We will highly recommend JTL Security to all...thank you again Dolby!

    Home Alarm

    We had a bit of a scary attempted break in when we were home late one night. The next morning, I called 5 alarm companies. I had each and every one come by and give me a quote. When Dolby came to assess the needs of my home, he was honest and caring. He had great input, and ensured everything would be secure with a top of the line system. He came on a Sunday, and spent the day ensuring everything was installed correctly up to my standards. He was sure to go through how the alarm worked, and all sensors and fixtures. The thing I appreciated most from him, while we were finalizing numbers, he said "I want to help you." ALL other salesmen that had come to my house were pushing for items that were costly, and not totally needed. Dolby ensured I received a quality system, with great technology, and a super install. I love that I can check everything on my phone for those "just in case" moments. His customer service is second to none. I would recommend his service to EVERYONE! Thanks, Dolby, for all of your help!!!

    Alarm installation

    Changed alarm companies. Quick response and installation by Dolby. He explained the changes and what needed to be done. Dolby's explained how the new system worked and answered any questions we had.

    Alarm System

    Switched alarm companies due to poor service and contacted JTL, received an immediate response. (Dolby) installed new key pads and setup the system in our garage, we received excellent service and he is very knowledgable about their product. I would highly recommend JTL. I now have the capability of monitoring my system via my cell phone, what an awesome feature!

    Security System

    I hired JTL Alarm & Surveillance for installing a home security system in my house after reading good reviews about them a month back. The company was very courteous right from the beginning. They were very quick in setting up the appointment and showing up on time. They took personal interest in chalking out the most economical & best fit system for the house without trying to sell anything that was not required. So they were very honest and upfront in this regard. Not many companies do that. At the time of installation, again the technician (who asked me not to mention his name) was on time and is one of the best people I have dealt with. He was and has been very thorough in guiding me in case I have questions regarding the system. The best thing about the company is their support as I have contacted the gentleman multiple times after office hours and he has been very quick in responding. So far I am very satisfied with the service provided by the company and the product they put in my house. It is very user friendly and I can access the system from anywhere through my cell phone which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend them.

    Home Alarm System with Surveillance Cameras

    We worked exclusively with Dolby. He was able to formulate an effective security plan using his vast knowledge, but tailored to our particular requirements. His quotation was detailed and fair, and included exact specifications for all products used. The technicians were prompt and thorough and were wizardly in their ability to fish cables without damaging the trim and finish of our home. Dolby always responds promptly to questions or concerns. We just had a camera replaced today, free of charge, that had randomly failed (everything had taken on a strange red tint). As part of our package, we had installed some "water bug" sensors. During a recent torrential down pour, the sensor went off in the middle of the night. My wife and I were able to shop vac, mop, wipe, and heater fan away all of the water in < 3 hours, significantly minimizing damage to the basement flooring and preventing mould growth. The system already has paid for itself with this one incident. Trust and reliability are key characteristics when dealing with home security. I would confidently recommend JTL and Dolby to any of my friends or colleagues.

    Home Alarm

    Quick response for a quote, Dolby called back the same day and recommended a system that met our needs with a competitive price. Installation went smoothly, he was very detailed and professional. Couple weeks passed and I called with what I thought a sensor glitch (which turned out to be nothing), Dolby was quick to respond and came the same day. He checked each door and window sensor for reassurance and even changed one of the glass break sensor when it didn't respond to his standard. The customer service is amazing and I will definitely recommend JTL!
