JTL lives up to its reputation! From the quick response on our initial request for a quote, to the installation, as well as the support we've received as we learned the system, the service has been excellent! We feel safe and secure now that our entryways, smoke alarm and sump are all monitored.

We shopped around in the home security system market and finally chose JTL based upon our research. They didn't disappoint us! We are very satisfied with their products and service. They do not only offer alarm system, but also the products that monitor smoke, CO, temperature, and etc. They gave us an estimate quickly and answered our questions and concerns patiently. I have to mention that their installation guy was very professional and helpful. The whole installation experience was great. Overall, JTL provided us with superb products and service. We are very happy with our choice.

I am extremely happy with the service from JTL! I recently had an alarm system quoted and installed in my home. We wanted several additional window sensors, low temp, flood alert, etc, and the pricing was very competitive. The tech that installed the system took his time and provided a very professional and CLEAN installation. The alarm system has been working great and we use the App and Website access all the time to check the system status. The existing reviews on HomeStars were part of the reason we chose JTL, and I am glad we did.

Requested a a quote and got an almost immediate response from Dolby. He was professional and willing to explain the process and tailor make a home security system to suit my needs. The installation was quick and clean. The products offered are great quality and function well with the iphone app. I'm very pleased and wouldn't hesitate to recommend JTL to anyone. A little note about the cost, the basic alarm package is included. I paid extra for light controls, thermostat, automated lock and extra window sensors. Very affordable for all I received.

JTL provided an immediate quote, their pricing was very reasonable and affordable. The technician has excellent qualifications and had our system retrofitted and functional in a few hours without any issues. The technician provided training and information regarding all aspects of the alarm system, I felt very comfortable with the system by the time he left. I would highly recommend JTL Alarm & Surveillance this is truly a 5 Star company.

JTL Alarm & Surveillance installed a wireless system in our home and we couldn't be happier. After calling a dozen companies for quotes we decided to go with JTL because of the quality of the system, comparable pricing, quick turnaround time of installation. The installer was very professional and the system is synched to a cell phone which is an added bonus. Highly recommend.

I had recently moved into a home where the previous owners had left a security system, but only in pieces. I called three companies for quotes: Safetech emailed me back within a couple of days and quoted me $450 to reconnect whatever existing equipment I had in the house plus a couple of door contacts. Reliance Protectron didn't even call me back. I called JTL and left a message at 11am, the tech called me back at 2pm, he was at my house for a consultation by 6pm, and came to do the installation within a few days. He walked me through my options, and quoted me $502 to use my existing equipment, plus four window contacts and a new door contact, and fixed one of the existing contacts that the previous owners tried to remove but failed. For this price, he also replaced the smoke detector and CO2 detector so they could all be synced in with a new alarm panel he would put in. He noticed that our existing front door lock could be hooked up wirelessly to the alarm panel so offered to set that up, too. The day of installation, however, he discovered that the previous owners had removed the wireless unit from my front door lock to prevent me from connecting it to the alarm panel. He promptly replaced it with a working one at no extra cost. A few days after the installation, I realized that my motion detector was setting off the alarm for no reason every time I left the house, so he came over within a couple of days and replaced that unit at no cost, too (it had been part of the original equipment.) All in all, I basically got a whole new alarm system that could be synced with my cell phone for pretty much the same price that safetech quoted for three contacts and a reconnect. The monthly monitoring fee was the same as safetech would have been. The tech was knowledgable, easy to contact, and his exact words during the installation were "Your happiness is important." I would highly recommend JTL to anyone for their home security needs and am very happy with this experience.

The system is good quality yet affordable and covers all areas of my home leaving me feeling safe and secure. I called JTL Alarm & Surveillance on a Sunday morning at 7am to book an appointment but the office was closed so the receptionist took my name and number to schedule a meeting with the technician. A technician called me 2 hours later and was able to come to my home the same day to give me a quote and run down of what system would suit my home. I had all the equipment installed in the home within the week and the care and consideration with all the work that was done was exceptional. I Highly recommend giving JTL a call for a quote and seeing if what they have to offer is what you need.
