    Security System

    We moved locations and our other alarm company was bought out and difficult to get anyone to give us answers. JTL (Dolby) was quick to respond and we had a seamless transition to our new location. He also suggested some additional items that helped improve our security.

    Alarm Install

    Due to the fact that our other alarm company had no technicians in our area, we had to switch companies. We are so glad that we did!! The service that we have received from JTL has been amazing!! Dolby(technician)is so attentive, answers all your questions with the exact information and recommends the items that you actually need NOT items that will boost sales. The company is there when you need them and gets technicians out to you ASAP. We called on a Monday and Dolby was here the NEXT DAY!! Thank you JTL and Dolby for the amazing service!!

    Security system install

    Great service from JTL! Right from the start, Dolby was friendly and knowledgeable. He didn't try to push a 'Cadillac' security system on us, and listened to us to make sure we got the exact system that we need. His installation was quick and clean. He showed up right on time, and was finished on time! Overall, you can't go wrong with JTL. Their pricing is competitive with the bigger players, but you get a much more personal service, and best of all, a real quality install. Dolby cares about your property, and it shows! Go with JTL, Dolby won't let you down :)

    Home Security

    Dolby, our technician, was just awesome. He was honest and straight forward. He came to our home and gave us a quote along with some advice and recommendations that best suit our needs, but ultimately it was our decision. Not to mention the price was very competitive. Even during installation, Dolby continued to work with us to make sure our needs are met. Very impressed and will recommend JTL and Dolby to our family and friends.

    Home Security System

    Great service from JTL! Their technician was fast and efficient. The installation was neat and clean. The technician was very upfront about the costs and gave me a range to choose from. Any questions I had, they were able to answer very knowledgeably and honestly. I didn't feel pressured to purchase at all. Got everything I needed and more! Thanks JTL!

    Security system

    I was immediately impressed with JTL upon first meeting with Dolby. He was courteous and professional, and most of all, didn't try pushing the 'Cadillac' system on me. I had done the research on the bigger companies (ADT etc), and found that they had overpriced systems with lots of gimmicks. Dolby offered a better product at a competitive price (note that the installation of their system is free, I paid a bit more for some extra sensors). The installation was clean and quick, taking only a few hours. Dolby also made sure that I knew the system inside and out before he left. Bottom line, go with JTL, you'll never need another system. Thanks Dolby! :)

    Alarm Install

    Looked around for a little bit before finding JTL. Due to good reviews decided to give them a try. Dolby came out for a quote and was honest and helpful, we didn't feel pressured into anything which is a nice change. Installation was done well and Dolby made sure we understood the system. We would definitely recommend JTL Alarm & Surveillance too others.

    Home Security System

    I found a few companies on line that looked good and found that JTL was the first one to return my phone call. The technician came out quickly and went through the house with me ensuring we got what we wanted.

    Alarm install

    I researched a few companies before choosing JTL security to install my alarm. Their technician was amazing. He showed up on time and was punctual installing a complete new system and for free!!!The install went smoothly and he explained what he was doing and how to operate system which made me feel even more confident about the company. We had a couple issues after the system was installed and I called to let them know and the tech came back the same day to make sure it was running smoothly again!! Thumbs up for great service. I absolutely recommend JTL for anyone looking for a honest, local and sincere company.

    alarm install

    My elderly parents' home was broken into last year and they did not leave their home together after because they were concerned about another break-in. After much convincing from myself, they agreed to an alarm install. I contacted several companies and researched online. Ultimately I settled with JTL after reading the reviews, speaking to Dolby, and hearing how committed he was to customer service. Dolby assured me he would take care of my parents and ensure they were comfortable with the alarm install and its operation. True to his word, Dolby did the install himself and fully explained everything to my parents to put them at ease. Dolby followed up with two phone calls after to see how they were doing and helped them further. I spoke to them yesterday - they left the house together for the first time since the break-in and seemed to have a new lease on life. They mentioned how appreciative they were of the help they received and Dolby's caring manner. Thanks Dolby and JTL!
