Dolby Song is by far the most honest technician I have every come across he didn't try to up sell me anything. He was honest and gave me the best option even if it met me using the old system anything he could do to help me save money. I did my research on them and was very happy to find they are accredited by the BBB my previous company I was with was not and they are a huge alarm company.I did get rid of it and chose to start a fresh with a new system. Dolby was extremely fast and quiet due to my newborn in the house he was able to install without waking him .He was super respectful when he had to enter the nursery he was able to install and I didn't even realize he was in there he moved like lightening lol. I had little problem on Friday with the system he advise me he could make it out on Sunday. Instead he made time on Saturday to get it done!!! Most alarm companies make you wait at least 5 business days.I am soooo highly impressed with this alarm company I will let my family and friend knows about it . I can't express how happy I am with the new service and I hope to be with them for many years to come.

After hunting around for various home security companies across Edmonton I found that JTL offered extremely competitive rates for my needs. Installation was a breeze as Bao was extremely respectful and thorough, ensuring that everything was set up and installed with no damage to my home. He even took the time to orient me with some of the extra features in my system. I have had no complaints with the system so far and am more than happy with the services. JTL Alarm and Surveillance upgraded our surveillance video cameras and now we can see the sites around our condo complex clearly and in colour. We can even read individual license plates. The company also upgraded our card access system and we are very happy with the system. When our security alarm stopped working, the company installed new components to upgrade the system and now it works perfectly. Bao Song is intelligent, competent, and so willing to listen and explain and do the best job for you. He responds to our emails and calls promptly and comes out to the site when needed within a day or less. We're very pleased with his service.

For last couple of months, I was looking for Alarm/Security System for my home and did extensive search and research over internet. I made calls to big players as well as local businesses including JTL Security. Being from technical background, it was easy for me to understand the technicalities but at the same time, equally difficult to figure out what will suit to my needs. After, putting all conversations together, I made up my mind to give JTL a chance to come to my home to explain everything in detail. Dolby from JTL was very prompt to respond and professional in his approach, highly technical and very customer service and satisfaction oriented. After discussing all the details, he offered me very competitive deal along with very personalized service. We finalized the terms and set the date/time for installation, he came on time and spent couple of hours to install the system properly without any (not even minor) .damage to anything. Even after, whenever I called him, his response is very warm, Not to mention system is working great. So we are very happy that we have selected JTL security as our Home Security System provider.

I needed a camera system. JTL was very helpful and was always there when I needed him to fix or to change anything. The cameras work great. JTL was there to explain how they work and very helpful in setting up the program to remotely view them. I can call him anytime and he will respond. Great. 5 Stars!

I shopped around for different alarm companies and Bao's alarm is definitely the most reasonably priced system out there. Also, all the other salespersons with all the other big alarm companies were very pushy and made me sign contracts that I can 'cancel' later on but Bao was very patient, very nice, and not at all pushy. He was very helpful, very professional and offered advice wherever possible.
