    Alarm set up

    Dolby and John were wonderful to deal with and i would welcome them into my home anytime. Very knowledgeable and Dolby helped me set up my phone with the alarm and made sure everything was working before he left. Excellent and fast service. Would certainly recommend to anyone looking for an alarm system. no pressure sales here at all.

    Alarm Installation

    Dolby was very accommodating. On time and very professional. He listened to our needs, and was very helpful. Our technician Rajib, was timely, and it was such a professional install. He was very patient as we had a lot of questions. Thank you, you will be highly recommended by us.

    Home Security

    I have had my system installed now for a few weeks and really like it. JTL was very willing to work with my schedule to get the system installed. They are very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions. I had a small issue a few weeks after install and they came right away and took care of it. The system is easy to use and I love the app on my phone.

    Security System Installation

    We had JTL Security install outside security cameras and a home alarm system. Dolby from JTL was very helpful, informative and very accommodating. Rajib was the installation person and was very polite and professional. Dolby did a follow up visit to instruct us and answer any questions. We were very happy with the service and system .

    Alarm Install

    JTL did a great job of installing my home alarm system. Rajib was my installation specialist and he did a wonderful job. With an old house there were a lot of issues, that Rajib handled them seamlessly. Thank you Dolby for helping me and creating an alarm system that worked for my needs.

    Security System Install

    We contacted Dolby at JTL Security after experiencing a break in. We were able to meet with Dolby and get an in home quote that was tailored to our needs. The installer showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installer explained the system to us and Dolby followed up the same day to see if we had any questions or concerned. Overall the process was seamless and I felt that Dolby truly listened and understood my needs and concerns. I would recommend checking out JTL Security if you are considering a home security system.

    Alarm install

    Great service. Friendly responsive and helpful. Dolby and technician took there time to explain things. Professional clean installation. After install support has been exceptional with the team always willing to answer questions.

    Home security

    Dolby came to assess the needs at my home. He asked many questions to ensure that the system would fit my needs from the start. He was very kind and polite. Techs Rajib and Bob came to do the install. Both were professional and made sure to explain how to use the access panel and app. (The app is a nice feature. You can arm or disarm the system while you're away from home.) I would recommend this company, and I love that they are local.

    Wireless Home Security

    Dolby is excellent. Customer satisfaction is his main priority and the system works effortlessly. I definitely would recommend him and the system. He's available via phone/text 24/7. Keep it up!

    Condo Alarm Installation

    I had been shopping for a home security system for a couple of months in preparation for moving into our new condo. A close friend recommended I make contact with Dolby of JTL Security which was the best thing that could of happened. Dolby was extremely patient as I had emailed him back and forth probably 5-10 times over the 2 month period and answered all of my questions everytime I asked something of him. Installation day came today and Rajib was the technician. Rajib was on-time, extremely friendly and professional and really made my decision to go with JTL Security feel very appreciated. He walked me through everything that I needed to know for my new system, including a very great tutorial on the video camera and alarm panel. This was a very pleasant experience at a definitely affordable price with no heavy-handed sales tactics or long-term contracts. I would definitely recommend Dolby and JTL Security and when you do, ask him for Rajib to complete the installation. Truly a great bunch of people to deal with!!!
