We chose JTL for the security system for our new house. Dolby was great and spent the time with us to make sure we had the best system for our budget. His install team was very professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. The equipment that JTL supplies is much higher quality than most out there and they took the time to customize the system to fit our home. Although we may have paid a bit more we got great value for the extra (3 cameras, light controls, doorbell camera, extra door sensors, and more) and in the end we own the equipment. We love the system and would refer JTL to all homeowners that don't want to deal with the high pressure from the big companies.

Super happy with my new security system. Christine is an awesome, no pressure sales rep that understood my needs and very timely responded to my emailed questions. John is a fantastic installer, left my home spotless, professional, thorough. Purchased an add-on camera for the back door plus the remote garage door functionality, and the owner Dolby personally came out on Saturday to program the garage door functionality and adjust the upstairs motion sensor. Very happy with everything and confident in my commitment and ongoing relationship/contract with JTL.

We worked with Dolby to get a security system installed for our Company. He was very professional and helpful and got us a great technician to get the system installed. we had the system installed about 6 months ago and this week we had one camera fail. I contacted Dolby and he had a technician Rajib in right away to help fix the problem and get the camera working again. It is the great service after the sale, that I really appreciate.

I was very happy to have my system finished being installed by JTL. Dolby was very informative and clarified things I did not understand. He even faced fears as he helped me move cages to gain access to a panel behind the cages. Then he helped me put everything back to normal. Thank you

I was experiencing difficulty with my alarm signal a such was not receiving alerts on my email or security APP. I was provided trouble shooting service and real solutions that solved the problem. The alarm company I was using previously would not call me back, JTL was available when I needed them and saw the problem through to the end. They are a company I will continue to use and recommend.

My family had just dealt with a break and enter. Even though someone was home at the time, someone had assumed no one was because we had decided not to open the door. This resulted in someone kicking our door in and damaging the frame. We were able to scare away the burglar and luckily, nothing was taken. We live on the main road of our neighbourhood. We've never heard of any crimes happening on this street. This all happened in the evening on a Sunday while it was extremely bright outside. Probably the most unexpected time. After this incident, my family and I had decided on an alarm system. We didn't want something like this to ever happen again. After hearing about JTL from a family member, we decided to try them out. I gave JTL a call the morning after the incident, letting them know what had happened and what kind of system we were interested in installing. A member of JTL arrived later that afternoon. The tech was extremely knowledgable and patient in the process. Our options were discussed and paper work followed. The tech started the install right away (on the same day). The entire process was extremely smooth. Installation was quick and the tech was very patient in the process. We were able to chat about homes and other ways we could protect it. We shared a few laughs and next thing we knew, the installation was complete. The technician took us through each room and each sensor, explaining to us how everything worked, why the sensors were placed at their locations. Teaching us to use the alarm system was also very easy. He ran us through each and every situation. My mom was really worried about forgetting how to arm and disarm the system but because the technician was able to run us through different scenarios, she felt comfortable right away. It took some time to learn to navigate the menus but its way easier than i expected. Everyone in the household now feels comfortable and safe now that the system has been installed. Thank you so much JTL! So glad I made the decision to go with JTL security, and to be able to meet such great people in the process. Highly recommened to anyone looking for an alarm system.

JTL is an excellent company and they have excellent service. I would recommend them to anyone. Alarm, electronic door lock, light switches were installed they work perfectly fine. Thank you very much.
