    Tree damage to shingles / eavestrough

    Fallen tree had damaged back of my roof. I contacted Integrity Roofers and they came out and did a great job.

    New Roof

    We hired Integrity to re-do a roof on a new custom home we are building for our family. The company that did the work previously took advantage and caused damage to our property. Corey and the entire team at Integrity came in with honesty and professionalism. We are so pleased with every team member that has worked on our project as well as the administrative team. The coordination was seamless and the quality of work is top notch. We had a complicated situation that involved a torch down flat roof portion with premium shingles on a steep sloped roof. Would recommend without hesitation.

    Partial roof replacement

    We had a leak last winter and Integrity dispatched someone quickly to do an emergency repair. They returned in spring to assess the roof and recommended a partial replacement due to worn tiles and malfunctioning joint area. We got a couple of comparative assessments and quotes and Integrity's was the best price for the most thorough repair and by far the most extensive explanation complete with photos of the problems they would fix. Great communications and the roof work was efficient, tidy and thorough.

    Professional good service

    In June 2020 we replaced our roof shingles and renewed isolation in our attic. We communicated the work with Shay, who was very professional and pleasant to work with. The work was done on time, within a single day of work, as promised. Work seems to be of high quality. Since the replacement there were several stormy days with rain, and no leaks are to be found. The isolation is also noticeable, as the 2nd floor was not as hot as in previous years. At the end of the working day the crew made sure to clean up all debris, including such that fell into the neighbor's property (properties are close, it was unavoidable, but they cleaned it all up). We are satisfied with this service.

    Integrity stands behind their work

    Last November I noticed water mark on my ceiling so I called Integrity Roofing to come and have a look. Ken from Integrity came a few hours later and got up to inspect the roof right away. He found the roof in good condition and thought the possible issue is the flashing at the transition was not properly installed. That would allow water to seep in during heavy rain. He fixed it at a reasonable price. Last weekend during the rain storm I found water dripping down from the same spot so I called Integrity again. Again Ken came within a few hours and went up to check the roof. This time he found a piece of shingle torn. He put in a new shingle and didn't charge me a cent. I like Integrity because they did not try to get me to do unnecessary work (such as replace the shingle etc) and their aim is to fix the problem even if they have to come back again. I would recommend Integrity Roofing any time.

    Roof Replacement

    Roof Repairs

    Family of raccoons living on roof resulted in major damage to shingles and air vents. Repair done in 48hrs by Ken. Also cleaned eavestrough and installed new piece of eavestrough with down spout. Excellent clean up. . I was very pleased.

    New roof and a great company to work with

    Integrity Roofers is a great company to work with! I was unsure of whether I needed a roof repair or a totally new roof. They were happy to do a repair and gave me the option to redo the roof while crediting the price of the initial repair. The whole team was very enthusiastic and carried out the job very professionally. They left the place spotless and did a thorough cleaning of mine and my neighbours property.

    Roofing and eavestrough cleaning

    Integrity Roofers came through once again. We had used them to do the whole roof 3 years ago and called them in the second time to do the back shingles and to clean the eavestrough. The work was done promptly and professionally. Once again we are very pleased with Shay and his team and would recommend them to all who need their services. George and Lillian (North York)

    Shingles Replacement

    We live in a house that was built in 2003. When our roof started leaking last fall, we called Integrity Roofers. We had contacted them in the past to replace a vent and perform minor repairs and we were pleased with their responsiveness and availability. They found a nail hole in the roof where the builder's installers most likely put the brackets to support the shingles during construction. They plugged the hole right away as a temporary fix and gave us a couple of options to ponder. We thought it through during the Winter months and decided to get the entire roof reshingled in the Spring. We contacted Phil in early April to get the ball rolling and, as soon as weather permitted, they sent a team over and the job was done in one day at the end of May. Simple as that! The entire process went very smoothly. Phil and everyone at Integrity Roofers answered all of our many questions to our satisfaction and were very courteous and available. We now have a brand new roof with a couple of ventilators, and our house looks and feels like brand new again. Thank you Integrity Roofers. Marc
