    Roof Replacement

    It was a pleasure doing business from start to finish with this company. Shay was very straightforward, honest, knowledgeable and took the time in explaining in detail about the roof and the ventilation system which no other company did. We were provided a comprehensive quote after the roof inspection and pictures were taken, given different options and warranties, pros and cons for each solution. The quote was very well prepared with booklets explaining each scenario how it was going to be installed. We felt confident, a truly efficient and professional job was done and we are very satisfied. We highly recommend Integrity Roofers.

    Emergency Chimney / Fireplace Installation support

    In a word Wow. Integrity Roofers is the only number I will be calling from now on for any roofing needs! Shay delivered when a dozen other companies wouldn't or couldn't. He went above and beyond, driving across the city in under an hour to save the day and make sure my wife got her surprise birthday present. An experienced heating company was in the midst of installing a new gas fireplace to replace an existing wood burning one in my home. The installers were unable to safely scale my icy roof to complete the installation of the vent into the chimney. Integrity came to the rescue and I won't forget it. Thank you so much for making sure my wife, 2 year old son and I are warm and cozy this holiday season.

    Shingle repair

    I was happy to finally find a company that was willing to send someone to help me on such short notice. Leaving my roof with missing shingles for long would most definitely have me dealing with some major repairs but thankfully it was taken care of almost immediately. I called them in the afternoon and they were able to fix the problem the next morning.

    Replace soffits and fascia

    Integrity roofers has provided quality service with just exactly what they advertise: Integrity. Shay was very informative and open with explaining the work that was involved with removing and replacing our soffits and fascia. IN addition, he was very accommodating with communicating on my schedule via whatever communication method was available; email / text / phone calls. Even with all the snow, Sam and Bill came to scope out the job and ensure me that once the weather cooperated, the work would be completed. And it was just as they said. The Aluminum soffit and fascia work that was quoted to take up to two days was finished in one without sacrificing quality for time. Without hesitation, I would recommend Integrity Roofers for exceptional quality. Thank you, Shay, Sam and Bill.

    Roof Replacement

    The costs associated with replacing a roof always make it a difficult decision for homeowners to make. Integrity Roofers was the only vendor we engaged that took the time to sit down with us and explain the installation process, the quality of the products, the extended warranty, and the value of getting a certified installation. As they say, "talk is cheap", so we were extremely pleased to see that the quality and professionalism that was promised was actually delivered. While on site, Shay's team was professional, hard working and kept a clean job site throughout the installation. Our roof looks fantastic and the curb appeal (and house value) is way up. If you want high quality craftsmanship and products, combined with a blend of good old fashioned customer service, Integrity Roofers is the way to go.

    Apartment roof and skylights

    I had to organize roofing quotes for an Etobicoke apartment building from Calgary. Shay Barat of Integrity Roofers was pleasant and professional. He came to the location, did a quote and informed us when he would be able to start the job. To this point his company was by far the easiest of commercial roofers to deal with. His men started the job on time, worked efficiently and left us with a well done job. I could feel that this company's approach was to be as helpful and accommodating to their clients' needs as possible. This is one company that lives up to its name!

    Flat roof replacement - Great job

    Integrity Roofers is an excellent company that lives up to its name. We had a problem with an old leaky flat roof that needed replacement. We had several quotes and we chose Integrity Roofers for several reasons especially because their price was very fair, quality of materials, and because they were going to install a tapered roof insulation, something that no other roofers offered. Shay, the owner/president of the company, explained to us that the reason they use the tapered roof insulation is to reduce the amount of standing water on the roof membrane – a problem which often leads to water leakage. Other roofers didn’t offer anything like that. Overall we are extremely happy with the price, quality of the materials, workmanship and overall experience in dealing with Integrity Roofers. Shay is very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. More than anything else he takes pride in his work, and he strives for excellence. We highly recommend Integrity Roofers for your roofing needs.

    Re Roofing

    W just bought a house and as it turned out there were lots of projects that needed to be fixed. Roofing was just one of them. A few times that I have dealt with contractors in the past have been what I would call, less than ideal. So when I needed a roofer to fix the leak that had developed over eight year old bedroom, I was dreading the prospect of having to wade through a sea of, what I thought would be, unprofessional roofing contractors. Fortunately for me, I decided to ask a neighbor if they could recommend someone. As it turns out, they recommended Integrity Roofing who, incidentally, had done work for two other neighbors on my block. I was a pleasure doing business with this company from start to finish. When I called, they were very friendly. The estimator made sure that he thoroughly explained all aspects of the work that was needed. They made the whole process very easy. I will definitely refer John and his team to anyone who has a roofing issue

    Great roof replacement - just in time!

    Great work, great look and great price. We would highly recommend Shay and his team to anyone. We had a bad surprise a month ago when our roof sprung a leak. We needed help, and fast. I was away on a business trip, and my wife called around to get quotes from three different contractors. Shay was extremely busy (funny how everybody calls after heavy rainstorms), but he came the same day and arrived on time as promised. He visually inspected the roof, took pictures, showed my wife the key issues, and gave her a quote based on the forecasted work. He was extremely flexible, and took my calls late that afternoon to answer additional questions I had. Shay was well prepared, and had samples with him so we could select right away the shingles we wanted. He was not the cheapest quote, but he proposed a range of options, explaining the pros and cons for each solution. His quote was clear, and we knew what to expect. Most importantly, he did not cut corners or aim for a cheaper quote by offering a short-term fix that would come back to haunt us 4-5 years from now. He also replaced our eaves trough, which were detached from the roof. During construction, he ensured that all safety measures were in place. His team was courteous and cleaned up everything extremely well once they were done. We would highly recommend Shay and his team to anyone, and would hire him again in an instant. He is punctual, professional and show great expertise and pride in his work. More importantly: we saw proof of his handy work a few weeks ago during the storm of the century. No leaky roofs, no issues with our skylights, and our eaves trough worked the way they were meant to. He showed the same expertise and professionalism as other companies which have been in business for far longer. Pascal & Anh

    Siding and siding insulation, spray foam, roof repair, fix leak(s), fix attic ventilation, new vent, new ba baffles, etc

    I had a major roof leak and mold in the attic. I also had attic ventilation issues which was causing mold, over heating in the master bedroom, and damage to the shingles. I called several contractors for an estimate and for a solution to the problem. I chose Integrity Roofers because they took the time to understand the problem and provided me with a solution that would solve the problem at its core. Shay took the time to meticulously measure the roof and siding. Shay was also very helpful in explaining the situation and answered all my questions. Shay and his team were very professional; the project duration was as Shay had originally estimated. I was very impressed by the attention to detail everyone had when conducting their tasks. Overall I think they did a great job and I would certainly call them back for the other projects such as gutters and eaves trough; moreover, I would highly recommend them to others. Integrity Roofers lives up to their name.
