Roofing
I had to fix a leak in a flat roof for a part of my house. Before I contacted integrity roofers, I got an estimate from a different company that had a very high rating. That other company told me the entire roof had to be replaced. That didn't make sense to me, because the flat roof was fairly new, and looking at it from my window on the second floor, it looked perfect. So I called Integrity Roofers for a second opinion. Phil came by, and he is the production manager. I could see that he was experienced and very skilled. He told me there was nothing wrong with the flat roof, and he showed me a photograph he took of the problem: a couple of broken shingles where the gable roof was joining The flat roof. Phil did the work on the same morning, and the bill came to $350. This saved me $8000. When dealing with Phil and talking by phone to the owner Shay, I got the strong impression that I was dealing with honest people

New Roof
Shay and his team were efficient, reliable and honest. They took pictures to show us the condition before and after replacing the roof. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking to replace their roof. Brenda, Concord

Roof repair (chimney/edge flushing), vent installation
I did my roof 5 years ago when we moved into this house. Back then My parents got estimates from several roofing companies and they decided to go ahead with a cheaper one. Because of the ice storm and many snow days last winter, my eavestrouph got damaged and I had to replace it (through another company, not with Integrity Roofers). When the workers finished their job, they told me that my roof was not completed. I was puzzled since the roof was done 5 years ago. I went up the roof for the first time of my life and saw what they meant. Even to my eyes my roof didn't look good. Also, there was a small leak on my kitchen ceiling. I contacted many roofing companies found on HomeStars, half of them never replied back to my phone call / email. I also didn't want to give my job to a company that sub contracts their jobs. I finally contacted Integrity Roofers (I liked their name) and they sent Michael to my house to give me an estimate. Michael is a very friendly and detailed person. He inspected my roof inside and out, and sent me a report the following day. Everything looked so professional. They stood behind their name, and guaranteed their work. Their estimate was in fact higher than the other estimate that I received, but I didn't want to follow my parents' mistake again by going with a cheaper option. I really wanted to get things done right this time. Now that they set the date to do the job, it got delayed forever because of the weather. How frustrate it was just to wait for them to do the job when I know that there is a leak in my house! I called Michael and he assured me that my leak is not very serious and asked me to be a little more patient. Finally, Phil's crew came to my place and finished the job. Just to make sure everything is fine I went up the roof again and was very satisfied. (Please note that I provided the black shingles they used to fix the roof which don't go with the original brown ones) I am now good friends with Michael after talking to him so many times about my roof concerns. I will contact him again for any future issues (if any!) and am sure that he will gladly take good care of them. I will definitely recommend Integrity Roofers to my families and friends. Roofing
I needed to replace my old roof. I received quotes from several roofing companies. Michael arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and patience. He took the time to explain the whole process. He also addressed issues in my attic and created proper ventilation and insulation. Their quote was competitive and I am glad I gave them the job. The crew arrived on time, were polite and hard working. They left the job site clean. From start to finish- great work by integrity roofers. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

roof deck, roof and ventilation replacement
I contacted 7 roofing companies for estimates on a full roof shingle replacement. Of those 4 called back, and of those 4, only 3 showed up to give quotes. Among the group that provided quotes, Integrity Roofing was bar none, the most thorough with their inspection and assessment of the situation, and made a point of educating me as to roof decks, mold colonies, shingle types and ventilation (Thank you Michael!) In comparison, the other companies who quoted, certainly were lower in cost, but none took the time to fully assess the situation by going into the attic to inspect the underside of the existing roof nor to review the state of ventilation in the attics (as it happened my limited number of sofits had no baffles and the contractor 12 years ago who topped up the insulation, blocked all of the intake ventilation). I am glad that I chose Integrity, as I have every confidence that my new roof will likely withstand whatever Mother Nature will throw our way in the years to come. The crew from the first guys who installed the temporary roof cover, to the subsequent crew that replaced the entire roof, were professional, courteous and left the job site very tidy. I would highly recommend Integrity to solve your roofing challenges!

Roof repair
My roof was leaking badly, and I was having trouble finding anyone to come look at it right away. Michael and Shay took a look, gave me a fast quote after showing me pictures of the issues, and then covered us up until they could get the work done. The fall is roofers' busiest time, of course, so we had to wait a week or so until they could get to us, but in the meantime we were safe and dry. Once they started the work, their crew was polite, clean, and hard-working -- some of them even worked on Thanksgiving weekend to move the job along. They discovered they didn't need to do some of the work they'd expected, so they came in under quote as well, which was pretty great. So we now have an attractive and guaranteed water-proof roof. And their clean-up was excellent.

Roof repair, shingling and antiweathering, sistering joints, bolstering trusses and replacing plywood.
Thanks to the entire team - from owners, to project manager to workers. I couldn't be happier with entire experience I recently had with Integrity Roofers. They showed up on the same day that I called and did a thorough inspection. The next day, I received a presentation of their inspection results and a series of recommendations. company's professionalism from the They gave options from "bare minimum" to "nothing but the best" for the work, a detailed explanation of the pros and cons, and zero sales pressure. As for the actual work - they showed up when they promised, or called if they had to reschedule (It may be the first contractor I've used to actually do this). I found them to be reliable, honest, courteous, professional and competent in every way, and the pricing was very competitive. I have no hesitation to recommend them.

Roof work: replacement of wood, sistering of old joints, shingle replacement, attic insulation, chimney removal
We were not originally planning to have our roof redone this summer, though knew it would need to be done soon. We had Integrity Roofers come over to give us a quote for a chimney removal. When the representative looked over our roof, took measurements and photographs, and provided us with a thorough report, we knew this was the company to use and that we should do it all at once. Michael was knowledgeable and passionate, believing in using better materials and techniques so that the roof would last. It was like a page out of the Mike Homes book that I taken out of the library. We were pleased with the crew, the length of time of the job, and the quality of work. One of the crew accidentally damaged our ceiling during the roofing, and they took immediate responsibility and paid for the drywalling. We ended up using the same drywaller for another job in our house.The clean-up could have been a bit more thorough, as I was picking up nails and old attic insulation out of the garden for a while, but overall we were very pleased and highly recommend this company.

Its always a challenge when taking an old roofing system including the roof structure and retrofit it to today's codes and standards. The removal of the old bats insulation,the chimney tear down, and the structural reinforcement of old rotting rafters is everyday practice. When dealing with an old house the real challenge is always to invest smart and get more for your money, in this case the ventilation work, along with the spray foam, allowed us to solve 3 major problems, granting you a piece of mind while eliminating future major expanses/problems. 1) The application of high density spray foam, 3 inches high, improved and reinforced the entire attic structure. 2) creating a vapour/moisture and air barrier will keep the heat inside the house, prevent ice damming in the winter times and save on energy bills especially in older homes. 3) the use of spray foam on the partition wall between your home and the next door neighbour is a key factor in keeping a well insulated attic at maximum performance. flat roof repair
Shay was very professional and knowledgable. Shay, Cory and their team had a real challenge cleaning up the mess of the previous roofer. They went above and beyond what was originally contracted for, ensuring that everything was done perfectly and on time. I enthusiastically recommend them without any hesitation.

Shingle Replacement, finishing attic space for storage
We had integrity roofers come in to provide us with an estimate for doing our roof (peaked with singles, and flat roof). We had received quotes from 3 other companies and found that Shay and Michael at integrity roofers were by far the most through of all the roofing companies. They went up onto the roof, they also went into our attic and spent a good 15-20 minutes looking around. They also both spent a large amount of time with us going over all our options and providing a number of different plans with various price points (as we were quite concerned about price to begin with). Our attic was a bit odd in that it was half finished. When we moved into the house we need to have some quick repairs done and we had an attic created with a ladder for easy access. The recommended approach by most other roofing companies was to seal off our attic and cover it with spray foam. Shay and Michael were extremely receptive to our concerns with our attic and our desire to not close the attic off, but be able to use it for storage. They did extra research which went way above and beyond all other companies. In the end we ended up going with the option to finish our attic space for storage, and doing the singles on the peaked roof. Due to cost we ended up deciding to delay out flat roof until next year. It should be noted that the estimate provided by Integrity Roofers were average or better then the rest of the estimates we got (and this included helping us finish off our attic). Prior to the roofing day a team came a to put drywall up in our attic and remove the old insulation. They were very professional and cleaned up throughly once done. On the day of the roofing Shay was on site almost the entire time making sure that everything went as planned. There were a few issues that arose during the project that could not have been predicted, but Shay was present and walked us through all the changes to the plan and why they were necessary. In fact it was estimated that many of the changes would facilitate a lower cost. The roofing portion itself was completed in one day and crew cleaned up everything. Shay and his team was very thorough. After the job was complete Shay commented that he did not like how our shingles joined with our neighbours shingles (we live in a semi-detached house). It was purely an aesthetic thing and had no impact on the quality, but he sent some members from his team back out to make it look better (I had not even noticed). Michael then came over next few days and finished off the remainder of our attic. He reinforced our attic and put in flooring for us. Every day he arrived Michael checked in with us and gave us an update. There were parts of this part of the project that took longer then they had initially planned. Michael was extremely professional and walked us through everything he was doing. He did not even charge us for all the extra work he had put in. The finished product was far above and beyond what we had expected. They did such an amazing job we were even talking about having them do some other general contract work as we have found it hard to find good contractors :). We felt integrity roofers did an amazing job. At the start of the project Shay and Michael told us that the most important part of the job to them was our happiness with the finished project. It was clear to us throughout the entire project that this was true. They constantly checked in with us, and explained what was happening. We will definitely be hiring them to come back next year to do our flat roof.
