We have a maintenance contract with Handy Bros. As a result of our last check-up we decided to go ahead with a new furnace. We made the decision on a Friday and by Monday morning we had our new furnace installed. We are very happy with our service at Handy Bros, from those behind the scenes to those who have been to the house.

The service from Jess was absolutely excellent. Her positive attitude was amazing. She filled me on all aspects of her findings. She also was looking forward to progressing on to her G3. Her interaction and communication skills with us was wonderful. Jess also had high regard for her employer. I will request Jess for my Spring Air Conditioner service. Wayne Campbell

I would like to commend the young female technician (Jess) that came to do the service on both my furnace & air conditioning units this fall. She was punctual and very professional. At all times she kept me informed of the progress of her inspection. Unfortunately there was a problem with the exhaust system which subsequently meant she had to recommend replacement of both units. She taught me more about my systems than I ever knew. Thank you so much Jess for all you did.

Excellent service by Ian & Taylor installing our new air conditioner Friendly and knowledgeable about the new system and answered any concerns we had and cleaned up everything before leaving Also had new furnace installed 2018 with same service From reception to installers Service has always been great

Called to have the $49.99 tune up performed on our furnace. Victoria was very helpful and prompt to set up a same day inspection by their service Tech. Josh who performed a complete furnace inspection noting a cracked igniter. Full explanation given with replacement cost of OEM part. I Decide to replace the defective part place on order. Yearly maintenance plan explained, Service Tech very polite and professional.

Jess came to check out our air conditioner for regular maintenance and did a great job. She was very pleasant and listened to a concern I had. She fixed my concern and explained it to me in terms I understood, which means a lot to me. GREAT TO SEE A WOMAN ON THE JOB! I would also like to mention how pleasant Ann is. Handy Bros Climate Care came promptly as promised to my house and replaced my 19 year old mid-efficiency furnace and ac with a new hi-efficiency York furnace and AC. They also installed a new water heater to keep all units the same age. George, Gary and Wes did an excellent job of installing everything, walking me through the installation afterwards and thoroughly explaining all they did. Also installed a new thermostat and they explained everything on how it worked. After the installation they swept up any mess in the basement and swept up the dust debris outside under the vent pipes. They also hauled away all the old furnace and ac units and materials. They were knowledgeable in answering all my questions. They did a superb job as usual. I am also on Handy Bros maintenance plan and would also recommend this plan to everyone.

Dan and Ty of Handy Bros. were very helpful with suggestions and going forward to install a much needed warm air vent into our crawl space. Very professional and accommodating. Proceeded with an altered plan, after discussing it with us, the homeowners. Made for a much quicker and less messy install than was quoted. Even cleaned the ceiling where ceiling tiles had to be removed for access.
