2 staff arrived as scheduled, kind, courteous, knowledgeable and took the time to answer our questions. The licensed guy made sure to spend time with the apprentice and explain what he was doing . Excellent job we will definitely have you come back.

Trent was respectful, efficient , punctual and very pleasant. He called to confirm his appointment time and asked about Covid 19 precautions. He answered our questions and was knowledgeable about the product.

Trent is a real asset to this company and a keeper. He knew what he was doing and was extremely polite. We have been with Handy bros for 45 years, and have always been satisfied with their prompt service. Our furnace stopped working one Christmas Eve when we had a very young family, and one of the original Handy Bros came and got the heat back on for us that same night. "Now that is service!! "

Trent came today to do a maintenance checkup on my furnace. He was very professional and thorough. He told me about any concerns that he had with my furnace. The service that he provided is top notch. I would recommend him to anyone needing a heating system checkup.

Trent came on November 4, 2019 to do preventive maintenance of our furnace and gas fireplace. He did a very thorough job and provided us with the important details of his work.
