I was very pleased with the entire process involved in our dealings with Ontario Downspout Service. The work went smoothly and looks very good. The site was left clean. The service rep. was exceptionally pleasant, helpful and professional.

Our downspouts were replaced and disconnected in an aesthetically pleasing way. Our eaves were also cleaned as they were a mess from a previous cleaning company who didn't do a good job. Mark even took before and after pictures to show us. Mark was very professional, honest and easy to work with. The work done was completed in a timely fashion and the work site was left clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend this company as they are extremely reliable, knowledgeable and professional.

We had problems with overflowing Eavestroughs and an ice dam forming in winter where our new addition joined the old house. Mark had a look and suggested installing a wider downspout on our new addition and put screens on top to prevent leaves getting in. He didn't push us to do the main house until we determined how the initial fix worked. The work was very good and improved things, but we still had problems with overflowing eaves troughs on the old part of the house- Mark came to have a look and suggested adding wider eaves troughs and another downspout, but pointed out that our shingles were not in great shape on the south side- we hadn't been able to see this from the ground. As a result we are getting a new roof combined with the new eaves troughs. I think Mark showed great integrity in pointing out that we needed to repair our roof first- if he hadn't mentioned it, we might have repaired the eaves troughs first without redoing the roof, which would not have been the right way to go. I would certainly recommend Ontario Downspout to anyone with Eavestrough issues and will use Mark's service again in the future.

I saw them working on a neighbourghs house and asked them for a quick quote for my eves. They walked over and gave me a quote on the spot. My front eve was literally falling off my house because of a bad winter and a recent wind storm, so they said they would do there best to come the next day, which was a Sunday. To my pleasant surprise they called and showed up Sunday afternoon. The job was done quickly and it appears that they use high quality materials. I don't know much about this industry, but from my limited knowledge it looks like it's high quality. I live in a semi-detach house and they even reattached my neighbours eve that was loose on his house, for free.
