    Instal Eaves trough

    They came as promised. The pricing was reasonable. The workmanship excellent. the job was completed in a timely manner. I recommend the company highly and will use them as the need arises.

    Downspout

    I am very pleased with their prompt service. It solved the problem and was reasonably priced. I appreciate that Mark Stone also offered a simple solution, instead of just trying to push more extensive work. I now have a choice, but will probably go with the more complete job when the snow melts.

    aluminum/vinyl capping, heating wires for roof

    Mark did a great job on our back porch - vinyl siding, looks fantastic! He also capped garage doors with aluminum, and figured out how to help our ice damning roof problems. installed heating wires. He even came back after the job was completed to move a wire as we thought it would be seen less elsewhere. He was always pleasant, put the customer first, on time and professional. I would recommend him highly!

    Downspout repair and relocation

    I contacted Mark Stone of Ontario Downspout Service without any prior knowledge or recommendation and I am glad I did. He was an extremely friendly professional and knew exactly what I needed when I explained my situation. When he came to see, he had excellent recommendations for relocating my 2 downspouts when I was at a loss of what to do. On the day they came to do it, the work was done quickly and cleanly. They even removed my Christmas lights from my eavestrough and put them back on at end of the job exactly the same…no extra charge. All work was done according to the quote of the work I required with no extra upsell. I would certainly recommend them to anyone looking to fix or replace their downspouts or eaves work.

    Eavestroughs

    One of the best Companies I have dealt with. Their advice to our problem was very sound. The eavestroughs as well as downspouts were replaced and two more added. The work was finished in time and in a tidy manner.Above all it was done very professionally. I have no hesitation to recommend them to others.

    installled downspouts

    New by-laws required a change to my downspouts. Ontario Downspout Service provided a reasonable quote for the work and offered guidance and advice on my options. Once agreed upon, they quickly and efficiently did the necessary work to my complete satisfaction.

    Service

    Mark was such a pleasure to deal with. He was polite, thoughtful and answered all of my questions. It was clear he was very knowledgeable about roofing and eavestroughing as he was able to identify the problem very quickly. He completed the work within 1 day and left the job site clean. I would definitely use Ontario Downspout Service again. Thank you again Mark.

    Downspout

    I saw an Ontario Downspout Service sign in my neighbourhood. I called and left a message and they quickly returned my call to set up an appointment to repair my downspout. I found Ontario Downspout Service to be very professional. They were punctual, efficient in their work, courteous and answered all my questions in a clear manner. I would encourage any homeowner to use Ontario Downspout Service.

    Downspouts

    I was referred to Ontario Downspout Service by my mother. She assured me that they would solve my problem as they did for her. Mark immediately returned my call. He came by my house the following day because my eavestrough was leaking badly. Mark went onto the roof to examine the problem. He explained to me that my eavestrough was not leaking, but rather I needed Drip Edge. He explained what Drip Edge was and why I needed it. Moreover, I found their pricing to be fair and reasonable. He completed the work within the week. Mark was polite, respectful, and accommodated my busy work schedule. He solved the problem. I would highly recommend Ontario Downspout Service and Mark to anyone.
