Michael was very thorough and meticulous in the way he went about our inspection. He was very informative on the items he noticed and even pointed out certain things that didn't seem major to us but could be an issue down the road. Amazing home inspection! We are 1st time home buyers and heard horror stories about lazy inspectors, so we wanted to be present during the inspection. Boy am I happy we did! Michael was so knowledgeable on so many different things. He also has a very strong attention to detail. I swear, nothing would get past him! What I appreciated the most was that he gave us a timeline for things. This way, we are able to properly budget and plan any repairs as we wouldn't know otherwise. During our home inspection, he found a serious issue with the furnace. A few days after our inspection, he contacted our realtor because another client of his owns a business that replaces furnaces and was able to tell them about our situation. Just another example of how he goes above and beyond. I HIGHLY recommend Michael and hope to use his services again in the future, but not for a few years as we ended up purchasing the home he inspected. :)
