Black Forest Plumbing is now our go-to company for not just plumbing but also electrical and HVAC services. My wife and I recently had Chris, their electrician, at our home to install a few Nest hardwired smoke and carbon monoxide detectors (on 10.5 ft ceilings), a new Ecobee smart thermostat, and a smart controller for our in-floor heating system. Chris was incredibly knowledgeable, went above and beyond, and even set up the Nest app on my wifes smartphone, ensuring everything was connected and ready to go. We were so impressed by Chriss work, demeanor, and professionalismhe even wore booties on his shoes to protect our floorsthat we decided to join their VIP club. Thanks to Chris, well be entrusting Black Forest Plumbing with all our future HVAC, plumbing, and electrical needs. We honestly can't think of anything Chris could have done better.

Anthony was professional and on time. He completed his work in a timely fashion. Anthony was careful about keeping my space clean and tidy. I would recommend Anthony to others.

Isaac was a cordial young man and worked through neatly and well. We talked about an upcoming renovation that I might be able to do and he gave me some good suggestions. I will be getting back with more details at a later date. Again, Im very nice plumber to work with.

We had a serious issue with our plumbing that another company couldn't solve. Cameron came on a Friday before Thanksgiving and went above and beyond to solve our problem. He worked tirelessly to make sure we have running water before the long weekend and we strongly recommend this company for anyone requiring plumbing services.

I needed a couple connections removed and a new tap installed. Black Forest was the first to reply and was able to fit me in the next day (faster than expected). It took just over an hour and I am very happy with the work. It cost more than I planned to spend, but it is done now.

We were very pleased with Darren, the plumber that Black Forest sent for a few repairs due to wear and tear in the 30 year-old house. He installed replacement parts in the shower and main water valve. Darren did a good job with the work; he was respectful, pleasant, and communicated well. Very happy with the outcome! Thank you

The customer service is amazing. The person I spoke to on the phone was friendly and professional. They sent someone out right away. Nick arrived and he was so knowledgeable and helpful. He ended up doing a basement pipe inspection as well as clean out 2 clogged sinks and traps. Nick was thorough, friendly and competent. He provided great customer service. I highly recommend this company.

Had a toilet backed up and called Black Forest for an After Hours Call. Service Technician arrived in about an hour of calling. There was a bit of a hiccup with the Service they offered but the Owner, Dan, rectified the issue very quickly and professionally. Dan had also mentioned they provide Price Matching with competitors. I would certainly recommend calling Black Forest for their professionalism and their promptness

The company sent someone right away, did a perfect job, and the price was fair. The plumber who came (Josh) was not only professional and polite, but he was also very understanding of my rescue dog's fear and was very gentle. If I ever have another plumbing problem, I won't hesitate to call Black Forest!
