I just moved into this new house and shortly after our sewage pump went . I called Black Forest Plumbing and Andy was sent out first thing in the morning to replace the pump. All is working great. Shortly after that I came home from holidays to find my well pump was not working. Once again Matt was sent out first thing in the morning and replaced at as well. I am very very happy with the timely service and expertise i have received from Black Forest Plumbing. They are my go to plumbers!

I contacted Dan at Black Forest as my basement sewage pump was running continuously, I left voicemail in evening and got call back inquiring if emergency or not. Since it wasn't we arranged appointment for next day at 9am. Mat arrive promptly , assessed the pump and provided repair options from replacing float to pump replacement. I opted for clean install of new pump which he commenced and completed in approx. 1hr. Great Professional installation and would recommend highly.

The sewer ejector pump in our basement was on the fritz where it ran and ran without shutting off. I called Black Forest because I had seen their truck around town and knew they were local. The pump was old, and the plumber told me he could diagnose it for a cost or replace it. I thought it might be the switch, but the cost of replacing just that part on a pump I knew was about 10 years old seemed to be a bad financial bet. I opted to replace the pump. It was installed and done, very cleanly, after about an hour. They also put in a check valve where there hadn't been one before. The service was friendly and clean. I have a bathroom reno coming up and based on this experience I will probably call them back to do some of that work too.
