I had a broken exterior tap that was in need to quick repair. Within 2 hours of the my call Black Forest Plumbing corrected the issue. The plumber that was dispatched to my home was Dan. He was punctual, professional and did a thorough job. I would recommend Black Forest Plumbing to others.

Knowledgeable, skilled, expert, respectful, trustworthy - these are words I would use to describe Dan from Black Forest Plumbing. From the moment I called in the morning and spoke to a friendly female representative to the punctual arrival of Dan who put on clean booties before entering - detail that did not go unnoticed, I was impressed by how professional the service was. Dan did not leave a stone unturned and offered great insights and excellent recommendations. Thank you Dan!

I actually reviewed several plumbing companies before deciding to call Black Forest. Per other reviews a plumber arrived in less than 1 hour. After looking at both pipe leaks he gave me a written quote. He was able to do the work straight away. Very satisfied with his work and will definitely use them in the future to replace some faucets and shower fixtures.

I had 2 blocked bathroom drains that I was unable to clear I was hesitant to call for in house service during these Covid times but it was necessary black forest dispatched someone to the house within 2 hours he appeared masked and gloved and observed appropriate social distancing He fixed the problem at the agreed price and left the work area clean. Great service especially now

I called Black Forest because of a small leak in the master bathroom. They told me that to come to the house it would cost $40 to dispatch and then the plumber would asses the situation and give me a price. The installer came, very professional and very polite, I showed him the place (very accessible, just under the sink). The job was done promptly at an affordable price, and the $40 dispatch fee were waved.

I will be definitely calling them back to have some more work done in the spring. If you need a plumber don’t hesitate, these are the guys to phone. Thanks JAMES Stouffville

Had a clogged kitchen sink. They came and even tried to do it at a lower cost by hand, and almost got it all out but had to use the electric snake. The guy (who's name I forgot) was really nice, talked me through exactly what he was doing and tested it multiple times before and gave me tips on how to avoid it happening in the future. They only charge 40$ to come out which is good cause other companies said it was a set charge of 100$+ to come take a look.

I had a pipe leak in the upstairs bathroom resulting in a leak in the kitchen below. I called the company, explained my situation to the operator who was clear in the explantions of what would take place. A plumber was dispatched quickly. The man he was friendly and patient with my many questions. The man asked if he could keep his shoes-he didn't just assume which was important to me.

Great communication and follow-up with the office in booking the appointments. Both Dan and Grant were thorough with the job on-site and explained everything, looking at all the options. Thanks so much for your excellent work.

We have a shower faucet temperature control unit that is not widely used/known with many parts. We had ordered what we believed were all the necessary parts through the manufacturer to carry out the repair and instal. Dan dismantled the unit and realized that we were still missing one (or more) part(s). He really took his time in showing me all the necessary parts and what we still required to fix the temp control feature. Despite the time he took, he only charged us the lower level pricing and agreed to come back once we have the necessary part(s). Appreciated his honestly and great service. Would highly recommend.
