    Installation of range hood vent, new thermostat, furnace filter, and stand alone ventilation system

    Nate carried out a full inspection prior to handing over a cost estimate that included a detailed explanation. In the end , we opted for a two-year plan, starting with the most pressing for this year.Nate and his crew arrived on time, did the work and cleaned up once they were done. We would definitely recommend his services.

    Broken thermostat

    Our AC wasn't coming on consistently. Nate listened over the phone and had a good idea of the problem before arriving. When he arrived (on time), he verified the problem, replaced our old thermostat and checked that the AC was working before leaving. Problem solved!

    New AC and thermostat

    Thank you Nathan and team. Distrinct heating did a fantastic job installing a new A/C and thermostat. Other companies didn't even reply our calls after taking a look at our furnace set up. Our furnace was installed in a small space with an offset in the central stack. District Heating had the resources to manufacture custom parts in order to fit the new cooling coil and humidifier. The project came in on time and on budget which is everything anyone can ask for. District heating was very communicative throughout the whole process. I can tell that they really care about their workmanship. I will definitely use their services for any new heating related maintenace/ projects.

    Our furnace motor quit, and we needed it repaired

    Distinct was great, they talked to me about the way the motor had quit to try and make sure they were prepared before they sent the technician. They had me send a picture of information plate on my furnace so they could get the right parts before coming to our house. As a result, they had everything needed to do the work quickly and efficiently. The technician really impressed me with his knowledge and skills. He was clean-cut and very polite as well. Top notch service.

    Air Conditioning

    Distinct Heating & Cooling was referred to us by a friend, and my wife and I went to the Home and Garden Show for an initial meeting and to check out the competition. We ended up booking several companies for installation quotes and Nate was simply the most thorough and professional. The guys who performed the installation were top-notch, and the quality of the work done was superb. Nate dropped by the following week (installation was on a Friday), reviewed the work done by his staff, and helped us with the final set-up. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Everyone representing Distinct was very professional, and Nate and his staff showed up on time for every scheduled appointment (a few minutes early actually). Highly recommended!

    New Furnace, AC & Humidifier Installation

    We are very happy with our new furnace, AC and humidifier. Nate did an excellent job explaining the various options available to us and detailed the pros and cons of each option. The installation cost was exactly as quoted. His installation crew was excellent! They did an outstanding job and made sure everything was done with excellence and with the highest quality parts. We were especially pleased with the installation crew, Landon and Greg. They were efficient, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Nate and his crew. Great work guys!

    Furnance & A/C

    Nate is very knowledgeable, and taught me a ton about furnaces and A/C. The install was fantastic and is the reason I went with him. His crew was on time, and very respectful of my home. I would use them again.

    AC Installation

    My husband and I are very happy with our new A/C unit from Distinct! Quote was comparable and installation was prompt and professional. Nate and his team were also very responsive to our questions following installation - would not hesitate to recommend Distinct to family and friends.

    Furnace & hot water

    Had a furnace & a power vent hot water tank installed, & can't say enough about the service. Everyone at Distinct heating & cooling was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. I would have no problem recommending to anyone to get they're work done by them. Getting the work done by them, the work promised was exceed by the workmanship of the job. Thanks to everyone at DHC.
