    Mold Removal. Drywall & Painting

    Like many people, damage to our homes is something no homeowner wants to deal with. I experienced extensive damage in my garage due to a constant water leak caused by my air handler. After seeing falling drywall & mold showing up, I knew it needed to be restored in a timely manner to prevent further damage from happening. I’ve never used a restoration company, so this was new territory for me. I contacted a company to obtain an estimate. I was shocked when I received the estimate! I could put my daughter through a couple years of university for that price. Doctors always say, important to get a second opinion and that’s what I did. I googled HomeStars and read the wonderful reviews about Restoration 1. I contacted George to book an appointment. To my surprise he wanted to come the same evening to take a look at damage in my garage and take measurements. I received the estimate the next day. This time it was a pleasant shock, the estimate was a savings of over half the amount from the other company. The work started on my garage the next week. The process was seamless … the workmanship was bar none! If anyone is dealing with Restoration issues, trust me George and his team at Restoration 1 are definitely the company you want to work with. I will recommend Restoration 1 to anyone facing restoration work. George and his team set the bar high ~ almost impossible for other companies to compete with the professionalism Restoration 1 represents. Thank you George and your team for making my garage pretty and safe again, I appreciate everything you did. You guys are awesome!

    Mould remediation

    George was effective, efficient and very professional. George and his staff were very knowledgable, clean and respectful of my property. The job was quoted and completed as discussed. I would highly recommend this company for and water damage or mould removal issues.

    Water Damage Repair

    After water overflow in the laundry room and flooding in the basement, I called Restoration1 and they arrived in 45 minutes. All the damaged goods were removed and the drying process begun. After the drying process was complete, in three days, they set about restoring everything back to normal. It is very hard to find a contractor you can trust. My wife and I would highly recommend Restoration1. Thanks to George, John and Jason for a job well done.

    My husband and I cannot thank Restoration 1 enough for their detailed work and efficiency in understanding our needs and completing the work quickly. We had water damage and needed to have our entire bedroom ceiling fixed. As new and first-time homeowners, we were nervous and upset about the whole situation. After making multiple calls to various companies, George was the first to call us back and arrived immediately to assess the situation. They showed empathy for our stress and worked diligently to complete the task ensure we understood all details of the work. After a month of sleeping in our attic with our new puppy we couldn’t be happier to be back in what feels like an entirely new room with a new ceiling, light fixtures and paint job! The work was impeccable and they completely cleaned up, put our furniture back together and in place. George returned the next week to make sure that we were 100% satisfied.     Sewage backup/flooding clean-up.

    Had a sewage backup/flooding in the basement at midnight. Called Restoration 1 Hamilton and they took my call and booked me an appointment for the first thing in the morning. They showed up promptly and did an exceptional job. Thanks Chris & George! :)

    Restoration and repairs

    "We were very impressed with George and his team at Restoration 1! We had a flood in our kitchen and finished basement, which caused significant damage. The team arrived promptly and took care of our home by thoroughly drying out the affected areas and removing all the drywall and ceiling tiles as needed. They were careful to cause minimal disruption to our daily routine and patiently answered all our questions about the process. George is fantastic to work with and he is well versed in handling insurance claims, which helped us through the ordeal. They did an excellent job. We highly recommend their services!"

    I am in awe of how fast things are getting back to normal after George Chibani and his team arrived

    Christmas Day 2014 near midnight we discovered that we had a basement floor drain backup. Worst possible timing, and we thought we were in deep trouble. To my amazement, the doorbell rang half an hour after we called, and I am in awe of how fast things are getting back to normal after George Chibani and his team arrived. In less than a day, the damaged basement flooring and drywall were removed with near surgical precision and the concrete slab thoroughly scrubbed and disinfected. Robust and very effective drying and air circulation equipment were put in place. Absolute care and professionalism in every respect.     His restoration crew was top notch at getting the basement back to looking better than it was previously

    My experience with Restoration1 can be described as nothing but positive. I had water damage to my basement from a faulty, leaking dishwasher. I had asked 3 restoration companies for a quote and George from Restoration1 was the first to contact me (within 10 minutes) and advised me he could be at my house within 2 hours to survey the damage. Upon arrival he got right to work as soon as I gave him the go ahead removing the wet drywall and getting the high powered fans and dehumidifiers going to dry out the area. George was easy to contact and came by periodically to check on the progress. His restoration crew was top notch at getting the basement back to looking better than it was previously. The crew was extremely clean, friendly and courteous. They worked with my insurance company the entire time and made the process really seemless. I was so impressed with their work that George was my first call when my company had flood damage to our building this past summer during the Burlington rain storm. When I advised George of my situation he told me that he would be more than happy to help and could be at our premises within the hour. George and his crew battled the torrential rain & flooded streets and came out on a holiday Monday to stop a leaking roof and remove a significant amount of water from our building which helped avert what could have been a much larger disaster. I highly recommend Restoration1!

    Water damage

    Had a water leak under the kitchen sink (operator error on installing a RO water filter) and was concerned about water damage as my floors buckled and there was clearly water damage on the basement ceiling tiles. George returned my call within 10 minutes and came to see me in less than an hour after my call. He assessed the damage and checked for water damage in the surrounding areas. Incredible service and very professional! Would definitely call him again if needed!

    I called Restoration1 and they were there within 15 minutes ready to get started. They were super professional and reassuring

    Just after moving into my new home, I had a major sewer backup and had no idea what to do. I called Restoration1 and they were there within 15 minutes ready to get started. They were super professional and reassuring, and my basement is cleaner now than before the flooding. I’d recommend them 100% for quality of work AND customer service. As a first time homeowner, I was overwhelmed and they were amazing throughout the process - making the best of a bad situation and assuring me my home was in good hands. THANK YOU!
