    I am completely ecstatic with the work Restoration 1 did after my water leak.

    I am completely ecstatic with the work Restoration 1 did after my water leak. What impressed me the most was how they went above and beyond to make me happy. It is very rare to find a business like that anymore. Thanks George for all the great work, and the extra time and effort. If there is a next time, you will be my only call.

    General Manager of Restoration 1 arrived within one hour of my calling him and worked extremely hard to remedy our water damage.

    We had a sewer back-up at our home the end of February and had extensive water damage to four rooms. Restoration 1 was recommended to us. George Chibani, General Manager of Restoration 1 arrived within one hour of my calling him and worked extremely hard to remedy our water damage. We found him very thorough and are completely satisifed with his service. He dealt with our insurance agent directly in a very professional manner and dealt with us in a very friendly, caring manner. I certainly would highly recommend Restoration 1.

    I was pleasantly surprised that Restoration 1 Hamilton returned my call quickly and were able to start the clean-up immediately

    "The prolonged freezing temperatures this winter resulted in a burst pipe above our garage. Knowing that so many others were in the same boat, I was concerned that we would not find help for quite a long time. However, I was pleasantly surprised that Restoration 1 Hamilton returned my call quickly and were able to start the clean-up immediately. Restoration 1 Hamilton provided courteous, efficient service, as well as experience in dealing with insurance claims.     My call was answered promptly by Mr. George Chibani who assured me he would arrive within half an hour, which he did

    On the morning of Saturday, February 15th I called Restoration1, a company I found on the internet, because I had a serious flood in my basement. My call was answered promptly by Mr. George Chibani who assured me he would arrive within half an hour, which he did. He looked over the situation and quickly ascertained the cause of the flood. He went to work immediately and worked until about 7:30 to ensure that the basement carpets and walls were drying and the leak was contained. He arrived back this morning at 9:30 a.m., as he had promised, and continued to work on the drywall in the garage. He provided me with boxes and packing tape for my books etc. I have been very happy with the prompt, professional service of Mr. Chibani. He took control of a potentially stressful situation and made the best of it. I would happily recommend Restoration 1 to another homeowner. Sincerely

    Finding you online was the best thing . I then began to feel relief from my renovation disaster and could literally get start breathing again.

    Dear George: I wanted to thank-you so much for your immediate reply to my call . I had renovation/housing issues with contractors in my home and I required immediate attention . I called you and you answered your phone..which is rare these days and greatly appreciated. Without hesitation you came to my rescue within hours. Finding you online was the best thing . I then began to feel relief from my renovation disaster and could literally get start breathing again. Getting the air cleared inside the home started working within the first few hours. I have since referred you to a realtor friend and a home inspector I know. I will be sure to call you for all future issues with air quality control..I swear..the hepafilter machines are the best. For all future water issues from flooding, mold , and fire and smoke issues, you are the man !!!! Thank you so very much for your excellent service ! You are now in my contact information on my cell and computer. Keeping that on file for sure !!!!! ON a scale 1- 10 With 10 being high I rate you a 20.

    NO MORE LEAKY BASEMENT WOES !We very HIGHLY recommend RESTORATION 1 Water Damage Experts, especially George Chibani, General Manager, for prompt attention and efficient service in response to our basement leak. After inspection by Tim, a plumbing technician of Thomas J. Birnie & Sons Ltd., George Chibani of RESTORATION 1 was referred to us. The source of a frustrating leak was quickly identified by George with minimal further exploration behind wall and ceiling drywall. The leak was found to be a plumbing issue and was immediately repaired. The Insurance Company's Preferred Contractor's Investigation was unable to provide a definitive source of the leak and suspected Foundation seepage as the cause, which would not have been covered. KUDOS !!! to George Chibani of RESTORATION 1 for establishing the source of the leak so quickly which provided for immediate plumbing repair and the ability to commence drying of those areas affected by water damage. THANKYOU , George.

    Commercial sewage backup.

    I was pleasantly surprised with how quick someone was on site to help with the cleanup. Within hours of a phone call someone was here to not only assess the situation, but begin cleanup as well. The whole cleanup and service provided was very professional and I wouldn't hesitate to use Restoration 1 again.

    Mold in crawl space

George was at our home at 1:00 am when our basement was flooded and back the next morning and every morning after until the job was done, working all day in the rain and cold to get out family's life back to normal. Obviously, you are never happy to incur a home flood, but we are extremely grateful to have had George guide us through ours."
