    We were extremely satisfied with the service that George Chibani from Restoration 1 has provided. He was very quick to respond to our call at 10pm. Was able to find a plumber to quickly fix the category 3 flooding issue we had. He was always friendly and professional, Documented everything perfectly & communicated with the insurance company to take all the stress off of us. The work he did was quick efficient and for the most part noninvasive. We would definitely recommend him and his company to others :) Thank you again George !

    Customer service is an obvious priorty for Restoration 1. We would recommend their services without hesitation

    Recently we had the opportunity to contact Restoration 1 to assist us with an abatement. Upon the initial call for assistance and the urgency required we were impressed the response was immediate. Within the hour the technician ‘George’ attended the residence, ascertained what was needed and before the end of the day the work was completed both efficiently and effectively. Customer service is an obvious priorty for Restoration 1. We would recommend their services without hesitation.

    George told and that he would deal with the insurance company directly

    We recently had a flood in our basement, we called Restoration1, they responded very quickly, George and his crew got to work right away; Before they started the clean-up, George explained the whole process very carefully to us, George told and that he would deal with the insurance company directly and that we had nothing to worry about. If we had any questions or concerns we would talk to him right away. I was very impressed with his demeanour and expertise. They worked in a clean manner, protected the hardwood floors, they covered the furniture and did the job right. All furniture that needed to be protected was immediately taken and put in a dry and safe location of the house. Restoration1 did a great job and were very professional from start to finish. I was very pleased with the work they in my basement, I highly recommend them to whoever needs a Restoration company.

    Wet underlayment removal and carpet drying

    Greetings George, September 17/2013 This is just a quick note to express my appreciation and gratitude for the manner in which you dealt with me regarding the repair at 40 Pirie Drive, Dundas on Saturday. Your prompt attention was incredible, when you offered to leave everything Friday afternoon to inspect the property within minutes of my call was amazing. You started and finished the job to perfection in even less time than the two days you quoted.     Water Damage/Flood Restoration
