First Choice Fence was our choice after contacting 2 other companies for estimates. Pratema contacted us right away, she was kind, courteous, honest & answered every question we had. We found their pricing to be very reasonable and affordable compared to the other 2 estimates. Also what made us happy, the work was done earlier than previously scheduled. The job: to have 6 ft privacy fencing all the way around. *to demolish the old fence/gate on 3 sides and put up a New fence on the 4th side (north) to cover an unattractive fence. * Removal of our old shed (~The Team consisted of Pratema, Mo, Rob, George~) The Team of workers executed EXACTLY what we had in mind. They had some challenging tasks to work with. On the (NORTH) side of our property we have a neighbor that put up their own hand made patchy fence few years ago, that we could not paint or touch and is also illegally 7 ft for 2 sections, (pictures below). We wanted most of that to be covered by having our own 6ft Privacy fence, so to keep it all in unison, we decided to do the entire backyard. We also had the challenge of having 2 Tree root/stumps in the way for our (West side) But First Choice Fence was able to work with it and made it look beautiful! They did an excellent job of removing/disposal of all the old wood and cleaning up after themselves. Pratema did her best to get the work done in good time because she was trying to accommodate our doggies play-yard. The Fence looks absolutely beautiful. It has changed the entire appearance of our backyard completely. I highly recommend First Choice Fence for the workmanship, quality, honesty and affordability. My cedar fenceposts are rotting and First Choice Fence is replacing them one by one as they become unsafe. First Choice Fence - Pretema and her crew is doing the greatest job in these repairs and we are most greatful for their precision work. They are fast, clean and most of all wonderfully professional. If anybody has to build a fence First Choice Fence has our vote. If we ever have get a new fence only First Choice Fence will be asked to do the job for us. Most grateful for their excellent job!

Pratema and her team did an excellent job, despite having to work around lots of tree roots. We have a small downtown lot and I'm very pleased with the final project - it's like having an extra living room now!

We had an old fence taken down and a brand new one built. Pratema came by our place early in the process to make a proper assessment and to give us a quote. Afterwards, we talked about several options and she provided us with some practical recommendations. They put up about 40 feet of fence with brand new posts as well as a gate in less than a day and at a price that we were comfortable with. We are very happy with our new fence.

Had a section of wood fencing come down during the winter. Needed it replaced, and of the many companies I tried to contact, only Mrs. Pratema responded in a resonable period of time and came by to do a free estimate. It ended up that I did not contact Mrs. Pratema until months later (Neighbour wanted to get her own quotes) but Mrs. Pratema and her team was still able to schedule a reasonable date and finished the fence replacement promptly. While the cost vs the amount of fence replaced appears to be slightly high vs average costs, it was acceptable due to the nature of this being only a partial fence replacement, and the job being deemed too small by many other companies. Would recommend this company again due to the prompt service and good work.

Mrs. Pratema and her team. I wish I found them before I did the west side of the fence by another company which cost much more and took two days to put in place. But with Mrs. Pratema it took only half a day and the cost was also 40% less than the other guys. Her work is excellent and I am totally absolutely satisfied. Pratema and her team were excellent. Not only did they stick to their schedule but they were very fair with their pricing. Pratema made sure to go over everything and answer any concerns I had.
