I was very satisfied with the service from Bestway Heating My fireplace is now very clean and burning well

We have had a problem with our 2-1/2 year old furnace constantly burning out ignitors. He came on Christmas day and replaced the ignitor and took the time to diagnose and fix the issue so it should not happen in the future. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting an honest and cost friendly repair technician.

I have used Jafar's services for many years. He always does a great job maintaining and fixing the boiler. I really appreciate the way he communicates what needs to be done. He provides a very reasonable invoice amount for his expertise. As a result, I am extremely satisfied with the work that he does and I will always call him for all my boiler servicing needs.

It's been 2 weeks after the blower of the furnace replaced. The technician did make sure that I knew the noise is not from the air duct, so it won't waste his time as well as mine. He then easily pin point the noise problem which is from the blower of the furnace after I recorded the noise and sent it to him. he responses to my text quickly every time after I communicated with him thru text. He replaced the old blower of the furnace the same day as he received the new one and help me to do the paper work regarding warranty of the new blower too. I really can't think of any reason that he doesn't deserved the rating 10 out of 10, not just professional but great, great service.

We all appreciate their diligent professionalism and commitment to customer care. After a recent power outage, Jafar arrived to our home quickly to help get our furnace up and running again. He also gave us helpful advice about how to handle future power outages that we put into practice. Most notably, my elderly mothers gas fireplace (circa 1994) is used to heat her condo to avoid the high cost of electric baseboard heaters. The fireplace stopped working and the condo associations hired gas fitter/repairman told us that the fireplace was unserviceable because the required part was no longer available. Jafar from BestWay Heating went above & beyond to source the part in the U.S. This was not an easy task, but Jafar did not give up! My mother now enjoys a safe and fully functioning gas fireplace thanks to the earnest and industrious attention of Jafar and his team at BestWay Heating. Thank you BestWay!

Best Way Heating did an excellent job from quotation to completion/commissioning of our dual fuel heating system. Jafar and his team performed the work efficiently and competently. In addition, they explained the operation of the new system and patiently answered all our questions. They were also very prompt in resolving any issues that arose.
