    servicing furnace

    We have hired Best Way twice to service our furnace and also to service our fireplace once. They have done the work promptly and courteously at a reasonable price. We would recommend them and intend to use their services in the future.

    Fireplace repair/service

    I called Jafar as my gas fireplace wouldn't start. He came the same day and fixed it promptly. The next day it would start only intermittently but again Jafar came the same day, removed the glass insert and did some servicing and also installed a new switch and only charged for the part. He is knowledgeable, diligent and friendly. I would highly recommend his services.

    Annual Service for Gas Furnace and Fireplace

    We have been using Best Way Heating since 2016 to perform an annual servicing on my gas fireplace and my mom's gas furnace. I find Best Way to be professional, reliable and I highly recommend them. They service our gas appliances very thoroughly and are always willing to provide recommendations to keep our gas appliances in tip top shape. If I ever needed to replace our gas fireplace or furnace, Best Way would be the first call!

    Heat pump

    Jafar has done several jobs for us including cleaning fireplaces, installing outside gas lines, a new furnace and now a Heat Pump. The work his crew have done is second to none! His prices are good and I find Jafar to be honest and fair. He is my go to guy!

    Great company to deal with! Quality people, product and installation.

    Jafar was a pleasure to deal with. No sales tactics - just an honest, fair quote. He somehow supplied a higher spec unit than any other company at a fraction of the cost. The installation was amazing and the installers kind and professional.

    New gas furnace installed

    Jafar is very reliable. His team finished removing the old furnace, Installed the new furnace in just few hours. The work is just perfect. I am repeat customer for quite few years but this is the first I trust him to do a bigger job for me. 100% recommend him to everyone.

    AC unit

    Jafar was great-can't say enough good stuff about him. He provided 4 quotes getting progressively more pricey with better units, etc(just as I requested). He was so patient and we exchanged several emails and phone calls providing further explanation- then he provided a 5th option which gave me the higher seer and lower decibels that I was looking for. Each quote laid out exactly what he was doing for the money. He explained how the "rebate" system works....and it is not actually easy to qualify! (My mom will get zero rebate as she still has a gas furnace.) Once a decision was made, they came within 2 days and left everything spotless. They did the AC / fan coil / new copper lines replacement & thermostat in one day! Fantastic. Temp dropped from 84 to 68 overnight. Thanks BESTWAY.

    HVAC Inspection, Maintenance Service, and Repairs

    Jafar at Best Way is not only an effective HVAC specialist with his expertise that accurately assessed, diagnosed and managed or treats issues, but he was also very conscientious and transparent with his billing that makes him trustworthy. He offered options and solutions with personal recommendations that watches out for your bottomline as he would for his own family. Hes responsive and clear in his communication that match what he says with what he puts in writing. I was so grateful for the way he took his time for explaining, clarifying, teaching me when the job had already been finished and hes been paid. When most people just want to charge you maximum for as little time, product, service these days- Jafar felt like that good neighbour or friend who wanted to do things right. He will be my go to HVAC specialist for life and for my family, hes that one tradesperson you stumble upon after a series of problematic ones and you gotta hold on to them as long as you can.

    Hot water tank

    Jafar was very professional. He knew what the issue was right away and had a contact for us. He was prompt, courteous, and diagnoses the problem quickly. Despite making the call out, he opted not to charge us, maybe because it was a short visit. Nonetheless, he could have charged us or dragged out the visit but he did not. Thank you Jafar! You made my day with your kindness.

    Service gas fireplace

    Mohammed went above and beyond servicing our fireplace. It looks brand new. Would highly recommend.
