On Boxing Day our furnace would not work. One call to Jafar, and he promptly arrived, and was able to quickly start up our furnace. He shared his thoughts of why the furnace shut down and what we should watch for. Thank you, Jafar .... excellent service as always!!!!

Enjoying newly installed 97% efficient American Standard furnace. So much quieter and throws a lot more heat in first stage than my old one. Received multiple quotes earlier in the year and chose Best Way Heating. Jafar took time to explain furnace and heat pump options without pressure. Definitely recommend.

Have dealt with Best Way before and have been very pleased with their work. This time I had to replace the thermopile and main gas control valve in my fireplace, it was 47 years old. Great service, very efficient. They even spray painted areas that needed it. Would highly recommend.

Youve heard it before, always get a second opinion, in my case it was absolutely true. The heat exchanger in my furnace was failing and was shooting out CO and natural gas at an alarming 500ppm. It was an emergency so I called one company first. They said the only thing they could do was replace the entire furnace for $8-10k or get a heat pump for $25k. I called Best Way right after because they had done some excellent work on my A/C a couple years back. Jafar diagnosed the problem over the phone and knew the exact problem AND solution. He recommended a solution that cost a fraction of the other companys quote. Arber from Best Way came by a few days later and was extremely professional and knowledgeable handled the work with care and precision. The furnace is running like new again, just in time for winter! Cant recommend Best Way Heating enough.

Best Way Heating did the annual maintenance on my gas furnace and two gas fireplaces. They arrived when promised, were very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They cleaned, inspected and tested all 3 units and identified and resolved two deficiencies which had been causing issues with the fireplaces. I would definitely use Best Way Heating again.

Jafar helped me installed a new furnace last year, I was very happy with the new furnace. Recently my tenant's pet chowed the condensation cord causing furnace stopped working. I contacted Jafar on Saturday night and he went there right away. He got it fixed after 10 pm. Really appreciate his immediate help on a weekend night! Best Way Heating is highly recommended!
