It's only been a couple of days since my new furnace was installed but the whole experience with this company has been so positive. Their customer service is fantastic and they are very professional. I initially chose to go with Best Way Heating because I had read so many good reviews....and they did not disappoint. Thank you Jaffar and Sayem.

We called Best Way on a Sunday night after realizing that the hot water tank was not working. Jafar arrived within two hours and fixed the problem on the spot at a very reasonable price. Since we've been meaning to replace the tank (nearing 20 years), we asked for a quote for a new unit. He was able to fit us in right away for a bigger and better tank. He went above and beyond given some unexpected obstacles in the boiler room. I highly recommend this company. Great guy, great service, great prices.

Jafar is a helpful and honest person. He checked my furnace, water tank for any leaking and renew my fireplace in a timely matter. My 17 years old fireplace works again and is like brand new. I know my family will have a warm winter. I will definitely call him again for coming heating jobs. Thank you Jafar! 3 weeks ago the furnace finally broken in a cold night and called Jafar. I had several companies come out to quote on a tricky furnace replacement (40 yr old furnace in a 105 yr old house). Jafar was great to work with from the get go. He spent the most time at my place figuring out the relevant details of the installation prior to quoting, including fishing for access through drop ceilings, etc. Jafar really knows his stuff and you know what you're getting into ahead of time (no surprise costs or last minute changes) and the price was very competitive. Installation took exactly as long as he said, he was great with the cleanup before and after the job and did a great job on the actual installation. I would definitely use Best Way Heating again and recommend Jafar to anyone I know.

The best experience we have ever had with workmen of any kind! On time, non-disruptive, polite, knowledgeable, kept workspace tidy, etc. Even repaired remodeling work that had been done before we bought the house that had not been done to code. We would never have known to expect a problem! We would hire them again in a minute for any type of work they do that we needed done. Excellent experience!

Jafar is a real throw back to a man who does an honest day's work for an honest day's pay. What he's says he does and is on time, on budget and a man of his word. I highly recommend this company and their owner Jafar and I'm not related in any way as you might think from the glowing recommendation. This guy deserves it!
