Had my garage door replaced today and I can honestly say that I am beyond impressed. My expectations were surpassed! The technician (Serge) was super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. My new garage door looks amazing and runs smoothly! The Door Master is such a professional company... from Steve assessing my door needs to the friendly admin staff who booked my appointment... This company gets 100 stars from me and I will definitely recommend them!

Excellent service and prompt response. Tim called ahead and came within the time alloted for the service call. The garage opener is 20 years and although Tim suggested that I should replace he did not try to sell me, but rather spent considerable time fixing the existing unit and at a very reasonable cost. When the time comes to replace the unit I will definitely call The Door Master to have Tim instal a new unit. Thank you for your service Tim. Much appreciated.

Door Master was very responsive to our garage door issue. A technician was dispatched in the afternoon on the same day as my call. Tim was very efficient and did an excellent job.

Al showed up almost 2 hours early much to my t (called first). He was so quick and professional and even gave me his honest opinion about our door. Really got us out of a jam.

I needed a new double door installed right away, they gave me the options and within 2 days the door and all parts are in and working. The installer was friendly and pro. I had a technician come to the house to replace an older and malfunctioning garage door opener with a new one that I purchased. He had a quick review of the old unit and determined quickly that a simple repair (and removal of a LED light bulb) would correct the issue - which it did. His honesty was truly appreciated and we'll be calling again when the time comes for a full replacement. Thank you!

Our new home's garage door was malfunctioning. I called The Door Master and they had an appointment booked same day! Johnny called shortly before arrival and was super kind, patient and helpful. He assessed the problem quickly and efficiently and recommended a cost effective and environmentally conscious solution to both solve the problem we were experiencing and reduce potential landfill that would come from needless equipment replacement. (Our mechanism was still working well but all the other components of the system needed replacement) Johnny ended up replacing both sensors, replacing and programming a new keypad and gave us a new remote (as the previous homeowners did not have one). Before he left he lubricated all the hinges and found two that were broken, which he replaced for minimal additional cost. All together a really positive experience and would 100% without hesitation recommend to anyone!

After another provider installed a garage door that kept breaking, I asked The Door Master for a new door. They told me they could fix my door for much less. They showed me the mistakes the other company had made. In a short time, the door was working, and I paid much less. And I got friendly service.

At 10:45 p.m. realized one of the wheels came loose from runner. I had a meeting the next day and needed quick repair. Called HomeStars when I realized the problem and by 1:00 p.m. next day, door was fixed by Dmitri from The Door Master and I was on my way. Job was done quickly and efficiently.. no surprise up charges or additional work to be done that was not necessary Dmitri was very courteous and comfortable to deal with. Would recommend them again without hesitation.
