    Do not hesitate to use this service!

    Fantastic service, courteous technician. I am thoroughly impressed with this company and Douglas, the technician. He reviewed everything with me, gave me suggestions to save my furnace from over-working and also to save some money on hydro. He showed up within the time window I was quoted, and had called ahead to say he would be here in 20 minutes. My total bill was exactly what I was quoted - no surprises. My bill was $100 less than another quote from a local company. Douglas is a very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable technician. A very nice man! I highly recommend this service.

    Duct cleaning

    The fellow that came out was so friendly. Extremely professional and efficient. The whole thing was done quickly and without any fuss.

    Duct Cleaning

    Today the Steam Dry came and Cleaned the ducts. I was very impressed not only with the work which was comprehensive and thorough but just how much the service man did to make we understand what he was doing. He found a small clamp the was loose and fixed it without charge. The cleaning was the best I have had in the 30 years living in this home. I will recommend Steam Dry to anyone that I know. Thank ..     Cleaning house vents/vacuum vent etc

    I highly recommend Steam Dry Vancouver. Douglas an employee with Steam Dry did an outstanding job cleaning my home. He was professional,knowledgeable, personable and explained at all times ahead of what he was doing. He was efficient & worked very tidily in the home. Thank you Douglas for a job extremely well done!

    Duct Cleaning

    Worker came in, assessed and worked. He kept me informed on his progress and any problems. Update: They missed at least one vent 8 feet from the furnace that was almost plugged with debris.

    great service

    great service, Grady was our technician and he was very professional and friendly, and did a great job protecting our house while he moved the tank in and out. The job was finished very fast and he did a great job explaining everything I needed to know.

    Dryer Duct Cleaning

    One of their guys came to clean my dryer ducts but did not want to go on the roof so instead suctioned from inside the home. This did not completely clear the duct, so I scheduled another appointment where they told me he would go onto the roof to clear the screen. While I was at work he came to my house and did the exact same thing from inside the home! Then afterwards he tried charging another $100 on top of what I already paid and even threatened my 70yr old mom with collections. The third call the manager sided with the technician and simply said that it was clear because the technician said so, so they won’t be following up. All I wanted was the roof screen cleared. They agreed they would go onto the roof but did not fulfill that and they completely disregarded the technicians threatening behaviour. In my opinion this is terrible customer service and completely unprofessional. The work was not completed and they denied any refund. DO NOT hire this company! They cannot guarantee the quality of their work and clearly put their customers last.

    Duct Cleaning, Furnace Chimney Cleaning, Duct Sanitizer, Dry Vent Cleaning

    - service booking was straight forward and simple - serviceman arrived on time - very efficient and professional service - serviceman was very polite - no hidden cost - love the sanitizer service, rooms smelled fresh for the first few days

    Water tank installation

    I replaced my old 50 gal water tank with a new 60 gal gas. Grady, the service technician did a great job: the water tank was installed really fast, the place remained clean. I really recommend this service and espessially Grady, the technician.
