terrible communication. did work not requested and added to my bill. Told to not clean furnace as it was done in the last 60 days. Billed me for furnace cleaning and dryer vent . Billed me for both items when they were told not to! Very frustrating and customer service is awful. They seem to think they can charge what every they like without authorization.

Kalten did an amazing job. He was knowledgeable, thorough, and very respectful. I'd gladly have this company come in again to do the furnace and duct cleaning. I hired them via the Rumi service from ATCO. For the amount of work I had them do, in a house that hasn't had service for probably ten years, I really couldn't be happier with the service or price, and the finished work was perfect. Easy 10 out of 10.

Jimmy who performed the work was efficient professional and friendly. I was very pleased with his work.

From booking to service everything was wonderful. Technician Kalten was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable and we would be happy to have him back every year to clean our furnace and ducts. 5 stars

Duct cleaning was not done as advertised. Tech did not have the correct equipment to connect to the furnace so just placed vacuum line over a floor vent. Agitation tool not used. No photos taken. No report provided, if an inspection was actually done. On average tech spent no more than 10 seconds in each vent. Overall a very poor unprofessional service. Booked through Home Depot Home Services. When I tried to follow up with Home Depot they had no record of the service. I would not recommend them or any Home Depot Home Services.

We had our airducts cleaned after a long while. Steam Dry's service is excellent - service man, Mr. Stuart, was professional and friendly. He called to notify before arrival, explained clearly what we need and the scope of work plus the cost, and worked efficiently as he went through all the airducts around the house. The house feels and smells clean after. We are very satisfied with the service!

We had our carpets cleaned by Steam Dry in July 2022. Afterward, we noticed none of the stains were actually clean. I applied spot shot to these areas, and they were clean-able. I contacted Steam Dry to follow up, provided photos, including the pictures where I was able to clean what they didnt. They told me these stains were permanent. My experience talking with Lisa their representative was disappointing. I found her curt and rude. When I asked to speak with a manager, she just flat out said no. She refused a refund, saying their only option was to return and try again. I requested a different technician- she again refused flatly and rudely. Ive had my carpets cleaned by another company in the past, so I am aware whats possible with carpet cleaning- this company completely failed me. Definitely will not ever be returning.
