    The lady in customer service don’t know what she doing

    My schedule is 8 to 12 she call coming at 12 because something wrong with the truck . I call before one pm she said we been schedule for 12 to 4 pm with out my knowledge. Then want me to reschedule with out any reason . Then cancel with out my knowledge . After I told her your job to if something wrong with your truck you should send another truck not to let your customers wait for whole day for half day schedule

    Air Duct, Dryer Vent, and Sanitize Cleaning

    I received the complete package they had to offer. Very pleased with the service and I highly recommend them. Grady was efficient, professional, and did a fabulous job. My cat was freaking out in her crate so Grady did the master bedroom first so I could let her out. Very appreciative he was able to do that since duct cleaning can be hard on animals. I would definitely use them again in the future.

    Duct Cleaning

    It was a pleasure to have Armando in our home to conduct this work. He was fast, efficient, professional, and friendly. I highly recommend him. I would use hum again.

    Tankless water heater replacement

    The technician, Grady, called to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and professional, even protected my floor when I didn't care. He gave me important information about my new heater. As a result of Grady's work, I have decided to call his company for maintenace on my unit in the future.

    Furnace cleaning

    The technician (Jimmy) was very polite and courteous. He knew his job and was very professional. He called 15 minutes before arrival, so that I could be ready for him. Jimmy answered every question I had for him.

    Air duct cleaning, large home

    Douglas, called early in the morning and advised us of his intended arrival time. He showed up on time and did a amazing job. He arrived with safety protocols, face covering and gloves. Douglas Navas also offers carpet cleaning. We chatted about his family moving to Canada. Douglas is our next generation of Canadians. Garcias Douglas

    Carpet cleaning

    I am very pleased with the great service provided by Kaane. He did a wonderful and thorough cleaning of my living room and hallway carpeting. I highly recommend him. Thanks again Kaane!

    Vent Cleaning

    Armando was very respectful , did his job thoroughly what we had ask for company to do . I would Definitely recommend him to other customers . I will be phoning this company again for my service on cleaning my ducts , and my furnace , very impressive I’ve never had anyone do such a great job on my house thx Armando if I have to stay in the house cause this winter cause of covid 19 I will know it dust free . Armando wore his mask constantly as we did too . Very respectful during this Covid 19 times thx Bernice Downing.

    carpet and chair cleaning

    The gentleman who came to our house is called Andy. He was punctual, very polite and did a wonderful job. I have had my carpets cleaned by another company. Andy did far and away a better job. Especially the fact that after two hours the carpet is already quite dry. That is amazing to me. Please let Andy know how much we appreciate his work. Thank you I do not wish to go on Facebook so will just send you my email address.

    Steam Carpet Cleaning

    Russ came and was here for only one hour, he did an excellent job, very noticeable difference. This gentleman deserves a raise. He was professional knowledgeable and friendly.
