    Condo inspection

    Chris was thorough in going through the various areas of home inspection of the one-bedroom condo I was preparing to purchase, and created a comprehensive report for my uses afterward. He spotted subtle factors of the roof/building exterior's age and was able to alert me to some issues because of prior experience working with roofs and building envelopes. He was also very careful to raise any potential concerns with the unit that he encountered, such as with water temperature or electrical function. I had lots of questions and he took the time to answer all of them, and made himself available for questions about the report well after the inspection. Chris also has a friendly and professional demeanor, and I highly recommend him for home inspection.

    Home Inspection

    Trying to buy in Vancouver is very competitive and when I found the apartment of my dreams I knew I had to be confident about putting in my offer. I had one day and Chris from Haystack made time during that day to come and inspect the apartment and provide helpful insight prior to my purchase. He's a really lovely guy and I appreciated him understanding how important it was to me that I have the inspection done.

    home inspection

    Chris was very pleasant and explained everything he was going to do. He was very professional in the way he conducted his business. The report was sent promptly and presented in very easy to understand format.

    Home inspection

    Great service and very professional. Chris was very friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable when inspecting my condo. No small detail was overlooked, and he even had suggestions to fix any problems that may appear from these small details.

    Last Minute Home Inspection

    With the very tight closing deadlines in the Vancouver marked Chris was VERY accommodating with doing a last minute inspection and at the same time was very thorough and friendly. Would definitely use this company again, especially if tight for time.

    New Home Inspection

    Chris did an amazing job. He was on time and very thorough. He adjusted my hot water tank because it was dripping too much water. He provided me with a detailed report in the end with pictures. I would highly recommend his services to anyone.

As it was done with your permission on the property you already owned it seemed crazy to leave it running at far too high a rate. I can understand why the sound was bothering you.     House inspection

    Chris did a detailed home inspection on our new-build condo. Because of the craziness of the market when we bought, there was no ability to have an inspection done prior to purchase and it was new, right? Why would there be problems? When we moved In we started noticing lots of things that needed fixing. Chris was able to do a detailed inspection to catch all those little things so that our builder could start making repairs before our warranty expired. He picked up deficiencies that we probably wouldn't have known about until our builder was in the clear. He was very courteous and professional and his service is well worth the price. His is a service other Vancouverites should probably consider.

    Apartment Inspection

    Christ is reliable, knowledgeable, polite and helpful. He was great to communicate prior the inspection, was accommodating when we had to change the time and was very helpful on site. He arrived 30 minutes prior the inspection to take a look on the outside of the building and reviewed our deprecation reports too. He was detailed, organized and his report was easy to read/understand. Would definitely recommend Chris for your inspections.

    house inspection

    Chris was the best! He was very personable and we could ask all the questions we needed to ask. He went out of his way to save us money. He inspected more than other companies would and was very thorough including appliance inspections. One dishwasher showed up as not working properly, even though it was only a few years old. He saved us several thousand off negotiating the final price of the property.

    Home inspection for prospective purchase

    Haystack homes was professional and thorough. After the inspection I was walked through the home and had it explained to me along with a e-binder for future reference. I am also grateful to have Chris as a future reference if anything comes up in the home down the line.
