    House inspection in Deep Cove

    Chris inspected the condo we purchased over a year ago and did such a thorough and helpful job that we did not hesitate to call him when we recently put an offer in on a house in North Van. Once again, his competence, attention to detail and friendly approach were invaluable. We wholeheartedly recommend him.

    Condo Inspection

    Chris inspected our resale condo and pointed out a lot of things we did not realize. We weren't going to do a professional inspection at all but are very glad we did and chose Chris. Big thanks to him, great service and highly recommended.

    Condo Inspection

    Chris completed our condo inspection in a timely manner and explained things to us along the way. He provided us with a detailed report and has assured us that we can contact him at any time with questions. We are happy with his services.

    Home inspection

    I was keen to put an offer in on a beautiful apartment, but needed some assurance that it was a good investment. I sought an inspection from Haystack and I'm so glad I did. The inspection was thorough, professional, and very well-explained. As a first-time home buyer with little knowledge of home structures and systems, I couldn't have asked for more support in this process. I ended up buying the place and am so thankful to Haystack. The inspection provided a detailed list of things to monitor, which gives me much peace of mind as I settle in.

    Home inspection

    Chris came to the property and inspected the home, garage, and mobile home. The inspection report was lengthy and detailed, giving us advice on all aspects of the property condition it's many pictures to support his findings and to provide us with future reference. As well, at the end of a long day, he went through the buildings to go over his finding and recommendations. He sourced a pool inspection professional whom we will contact upon possession. We were pleased with his thoroughness and knowledge.

    Home inspection

    I booked Chris to inspect a house. He was very thorough and professional. His work and the report were very detailed. The price was fair and the service was excellent. Very happy with his service.

    Home Inspection

    He offered fair cost, on inspection day he arrive a few minute was ahead of schedule and inspect the exterior , provide very simple to understand but informative report, follow up frequently. Totally service was excellent.

    home inspection

    Right from the first phone call, Chris was informative and thorough. He walked me through the process of home inspection that would happen the following week and followed through exactly to his word and more. After the inspection he sat with us and patiently answered questions and provided a very comprehensive (digital) report, including photos and priority areas for repair. This report has helped us a number of times in the future as we were able to reference it for insurance and renovation purposes. It's a clear and organized document to forward to others in the building and home buying industry!

    Home inspection

    I booked chris for a townhouse home inspection - he was professional, courteous, and did everything as expected. He provided his detailed report the next day, and I made the decision based on his findings. Would definitely use again!

    Home Inspection

    I bought a townhome property in Burnaby. This is my first home so I'm completely new to this. Chris was very helpful and extremely patient. My girlfriend had many, many questions and he was more than happy to answer them. On the day of the inspection I arrived 15mins early as I lived in Richmond. I was surprised to see his truck pull up behind my car and we greeted eachother. We did a walkaround the outside first and then proceeded into the property as the time came. The inspection was very thorough. He gave updates along the way and basically gave a summary for each major section (living space, kitchen, bedroom), then an overall summary. I received the report the next morning which outlined everything he found. Since this is my first home I can really compare with anything else. I've seen my friend's reports which looked very similar. Many pictures were taken, even small cosmetic issues where noted. I think overall it was a great experience, nothing bad to say. Thanks Chris! Note, I'm in BC, not Toronto.
