Hot tub and plug installation.plus water fall plug Was a great job- but seemed a little expensive.

A new panel was required to free up breakers and to get the panel up to code.

The work was done very professionally; the individuals doing it were obviously aware of and comfortable with what they were doing. They also had a courteous personable approach to their work. They took the time to answer questions and to offer advice. They were also very respectful of my home. They were clean and orderly about their work. They also took the time to replace a glass that had been broken when they opened a cupboard above the microwave and the glass fell. This was not just a 'glass'. It was a glass that had been blown by an artist and presented to me as a gift. They traced down the location of the artist's shop and purchased a replacement. This act was very appreciated. While it was certainly not expected it fits with their professionalism and courtesy.

They did an excellent job! They came and explained what they would be doing to fix everything; how much it would cost to get the job done. They completed it that day and didn't charge me a dime more than their quote. I was thrilled! They had great tips on future work we were considering to our home. We've had 24/7 Electric come to our home in the past to replace a bathroom exhaust fan and we were so impressed that is was only logical to have them come and replace our smoke detectors when they started acting up. Logan came on a Saturday which was really nice as it is always hard to take a day off during the week. Logan was EXTREMELY professional, thorough and was careful to ensure his work space was clean and tidy. He even put up with all my questions.

From the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the final handshake, the folks at 24/7 Electric were lovely. It was easy as pie to make an appointment for an electrician to come to the house, and the scheduler was willing to provide several options to fit my busy schedule. When the day came, Eric arrived right on time and immediately demonstrated his competence and expertise. He even showed up prepared with the supplies he figured he would need based on the initial email I sent to the company outlining the work I needed done. First, Eric and I did a walk-through of all the tasks, with him explaining options and costs and making quite helpful suggestions along the way. He even noticed that our smoke alarms were out of date, and suggested that we add replacements to the list. After the walk-through, we identified the work that he would do on that visit, and he provided a detailed quote. I left him to it, confident that the work would be done well and efficiently and knowing how much it would cost at the end of the day. Eric spent about 5 hours at the house working miracles in our kitchen and basement office space. He left only after providing us a detailed receipt that included descriptions not only the work done, but also of the future work that we talked about and how much much those little jobs would cost. All in all, an excellent experience. I will call 24/7 Electric again and ask for Eric when next we need an electrician

We'd moved into a house 4 years ago and had some seemingly minor issues with the electrical. One appliance going at the same time as the dishwasher tripped the breaker, oven would have spontaneous power outages that only lasted a second, nothing huge but annoying. We'd had an electrician out twice in the last 4 years, each time they looked at the house and said everything was just fine. Problems kept happening. I called 247 and was relieved to hear that the cost of an assessment was $65. Not 1-2 hundred dollars. They were quickly able to see how the wiring had lots of shortcuts, appliances weren't on dedicated breakers, our panel was over 40 years old, there were signs of wear and tear, a sub panel had been added with a renovation. They recommended a new panel. They came when they said they would. They were polite, thorough, detail oriented, professional. I feel like we've just made a great investment in our home. They didn't rush or work super slowly to drag out an hourly rate (as the job had a flat rate). I would totally recommend 24/7 for any job big or small. They're my new go to company (although I doubt there will be any need to call them).

The technician was prompt, efficient and didn't leave until we had every thing up and running. Very competent individual.
