    Electrical for Major Renovation

    24-7 Electric Inc. is my electrical hero because they truly saved us from a shady electrician’s incompetent actions that fortunately, did not result in a home fire. I called 24-7 and Shane and Davin arrived promptly. They pointed out all the problems and then provided an electrical solution that would take care of the huge mess that we had found ourselves in. They gave us an upfront quote for all the work needed to finish the electrical part of our renovation and even gave us a price break because of the injustice that was done to us. It is a long story but I hired a general contractor for our major home renovation and he hired an electrician who did some initial wiring resulting in safety code deficiencies that were uncorrected even after being flagged by the City Safety Officers. 24-7 not only fixed these deficiencies, but they provided diagnostic testing on our electrical panel so that we could have peace and assurance that everything was completed to code. All problems from the prior contractor were efficiently corrected and Davin’s exceptional service and support was extremely appreciated during this trying time. 24-7 has earned us a loyal customer. They ensure their work exceeds the requirements by code and their professionalism and efficiency is outstanding. Davin even provided ways for us to save money. I would highly recommend this company and I am grateful that I found them on Homestars.

    Smoke/CO Alarms

    We had two smoke/co detectors installed as well as a light in a storage room below the stairs. Excellent workmanship and arrived when they said they would. A year and a half later, one of the alarms started acting up. I called Thursday afternoon and a technician was here Friday morning. He replaced both detectors at no charge under warranty. I consider that excellent customer service and will use 24/7 for any future electrical needs.

    pot lights, three way switch and speaker system needed fixing

    Other electricians had not been able to solve the problem we had with our in home speaker system. For the first time in 11 years it now works. The two/three way switch system had been incorrectly wired in the first place. The 24/7 team worked until the problem was solved. The guys they sent out were all personable, knowledgeable and efficient!

    Electrical fixes and upgrades

    I just had Logan and Dale out to move/fix a very unsafe outlet in my backyard that was poorly done by a previous owner. They did an amazing job of finding the issues, fixing them and thoroughly explaining the entire procedure. I feel so much better now that it is fixed and most importantly safe. They also installed an additional outdoor plug and 2 new smoke detectors. These kinds of things are so easy to ignore as defered maintenance and is absolutely worth having a qualified electrician come and do it properly. They were delightful; as well, they were extremely professional, courteous, tidy and efficient. I will definitely call 24/7 Electric again if I need any additional work done in the future

    Electrical panel inspection

    so after 5 days of trying to figure out if my stove was broken or the electrical panel was broken. I finally called 24/7 electric. they came out quickly within the allotted time frame. Daryl was great and he diagnosed my problem within 5 minutes of walking into the house. He was very straight forward with the costs and what the worst case scenarios where. I appreciated that he gave me that spectrum of cost.

    I was NOT over charged work was excellent

    I had lights which flickered and wanted additional outlets placed outside and 24 7 Electric returned my calls immediately sent an electrician the next morning and I was told exactly how much each item would cost I selected the items I wanted done and couldn't be happier. There were no hidden charges and everyone from the first to the last were courteous and clear on what I wanted done. A BIG THANK YOU to 24 7 Electric

    Installation of tv outlet about fireplace.

    Project was completed efficiently and at a high level of quality. My husband and I were happy with the results.

    Outlets not working

    Dale was very helpful and pleasant. He fully explained everything from the cost breakdown, to what he was doing to fix the problem. I would hire them again.

    Smoke alarms, outlet

    Replaced smoke alarms, maintenance on main electrical box in basement, and replaced and fixed two outside electric outlets.

    Bathroom repair

    The service agent was outstanding. Left him alone in the house to finish up the work and lock up the house, with a large dog there too. He was great and the ease of the job was excellent.
