    Thank you Davin!

    Davin is like a ninja: work is flawless, perfect, not a drop of dust left behind even though my house is a dusty, hurricane-like construction zone right now -- I think he left it cleaner then before he came. Davin KNOWS his stuff. Davin is MR. SAFETY!! Safety is a MUST because lives are at stake. I am shocked at how screwed over we were from previous electrical work and I could almost vomit at how shoddy the workmanship was. Well, because of this little job we had Davin do, we are now going to get him to come back and do a major overhaul because he has gained my confidence. First, I have to deal with the attic insulation situation, then I will not hesitate to have Davin back asap. I will sleep better at night knowing he was here. He is super conscientious and a brainiac to boot. Very smart man. I have thoroughly lost my trust in the Trades -- since I have been given defective smoke detectors, etc that we paid a lot of money to have installed -- and they weren't even "installed" by previous people we hired and we were given old, out of date ones. A lot of shoddy electrical work done that we also paid dearly for by trusting the previous homeowner. I am sick about it. We were totally screwed over. However, Davin IS one of the rare, trustworthy fellows out there. Thank you Davin! Looking forward to having you back.

    Quote and Smoke

    Shane arrived at the appointed time to give a quote on a new 240v line into my garage for a new heater as well as replace two expired hard wired smoke alarms with new smoke/CO combination alarms. I was pleased with his professionalism, so I gave him the smoke alarm job right then. I had to wait for other quotes before deciding on my garage wiring. Thank you for a good job.

    Full home re-wire

    Shane and his team at 24/7 were amazing! We bought a 1960s house that required a full panel upgrade, lighting throughout (houses built in that era didn't install lighting in living or bedrooms), a full kitchen reno and and a re-wire througout the house. Shane recommended that we make our house a "smart" home so we had smart pot lights fished in as well (Lutron Caseta smart home dimmers) in all living spaces upstairs and down. They were incredibly timely, knowledgeable and we're so glad that we listened and installed the smart lights. This has help us keep our utilities costs down, not to mention how handy it is to be able to control all your lighting on your phone and through Siri/Google Home. I spent a great deal of time quoting out projects for this reno and meeting with different electricians. 24/7 were right on budget and a pleasure to work with. I will most definitely be using them again in the future.

    Electrical

    We have used 24/7 twice since moving in to our new home. We used a builder and unfortunately could not find lights through their supplier. We bought our lights from a third party vendor sp the builder would not install them. Shane with 24/7 came out and installed several of our lights. The service proved was excellent, I can not say enough about the incredible customer service. From the first call to the install, 24/7 was excellent to deal with. They are one time and I loved the fact that a text is sent out when they are on their way. We had an issue with one of the light we purchased not shutting off - due to how it wired the builder. When , the builder failed to find the issue, we contacted 24/7 who had the issue fixed in less than 30 minutes. Shane is very personable and adds humor to set your mind at ease. Thank you to 24/7 we are now enjoying our new home.

    Power Loss

    Lost power in on suite bathroom this weekend and couldn’t get it figured out, gave the fellas here a shout and got a prompt response and a couple of suggestions that ended up fixing the issue without a home visit and cost. Could have been an opportunity to charge me for a service call but we’re happy to walk me through it, much appreciated Shane!

    Disconnected plugs/electrical for drywalling; capped off wiring; replaced two plugs

    We required a quick turnaround for some electrical work. We needed to disconnect some plugs and a light fixture to allow them to be hidden behind new drywall that was in the process of being installed. 24-7 Electric was willing to do this small job, and responded in a short timeframe. The electrician who came, Nate, was courteous and professional. Before doing the work, he made it clear what needed to be done and the cost that would be involved. He also advised us of the company's warranty and his own qualifications. Nate did the work efficiently. He had all the equipment and parts at the ready, even for work that came up "on the spot." He replaced two other plugs that we were having problems with, explained the problem and advised us of potential issues with other ones. There was no "high pressure" sales to do any other work: just advice. He patiently answered questions about future work that we have planned, and provided us with an estimate for that work. We would use 24-7 Electric again in the future, and we would recommend this company to others needing similar work done.

    Light Installation

    24/7 worked out great. They were easy to deal with from start to finish on the job. We had them replace some lighting and smoke alarms in our house. They were easy to schedule times with, showed up on time and did an excellent job. Everything that we were looking for. Would definitely recommend 24/7 to anyone looking for a electrical work.

    Install meter base and mast to raise powerline.

    Shane did a great job of exploring options for the repair and working with me to choose the best solution. All aspects of the job were well explained and the result was first rate. Shane and Davin were very professional, personable and easy to deal with. I am very particular and 24/7 Electric met or exceeded my expectations in every way. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer them and give them my highest recommendation.

    Kitchen Reno -

    I previously used 24/7 Electric for a new panel install and was impressed with the cost, the skill of tech Nate and the extras Shane installed for me outside plug, new basement light/switch. Because of this experience, I followed up and hired 24/7 to complete the electrical for my kitchen reno. From the initial estimate, to the permit pull and subsequent inspection to the final install today I have been very impressed with their process, keeping to schedule and doing the little extras. Thanks to Shane for bringing up options for lighting. My favorite part of the kitchen are the LED lights - the light is so warm and bright. Thanks

    Additional lighting

    Davin, came out to our place to install 5 LED lights in our living room & a couple additional LED's in our walk-in closet. He was very particular, on-time, courteous & polite. We were very pleased with his attitude & workmanship. If/when we need more electrical work performed we will most definitely call Davin! Good job Davin!
