    Outstanding Customer Service

    We needed to install light fixtures and smoke alarms in a basement bedroom. From the first phone call I knew I was dealing with professionals. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The service was incredibly quick too. I thought I would have to wait a week for an appointment, but they were there later the same day. I was impressed with the knowledge that Shane had and his ability to problem solve. Our bedroom looks amazing, but more importantly, I know that it is safer now than it was before.

    Light fixtures, outlets and home automation

    24/7 Electric is fantastic to deal with, incredibly knowledgeable and very well priced. Amazing how new technology keeps me connected to my home and keeps us safe and sound. Outstanding!!!!!

    Always there when we need them

    We have used 24/7 Electric a few times now. Last time was initially to look at a dead thermostat. As they were troubleshooting with me on the phone, my panel had some crackling sounds. They sent a technician right away. It ended up being an easy solution but the comfort I have knowing that my electrical is taken care of makes it worth their time and efforts every time.

    Electrical

    24/7 was great to work with. Knowledgeable and professional. They helped us plan for best most cost effective way to complete the job. Appreciated the honesty and integrity. Very personable employees Pleasure to have in our home. Have recommended to family and friends.

    Fixing the wiring the contractor messed up.

    I will forever be grateful for 24/7 Electric’s fast, efficient and friendly service and their upfront and honest pricing. They quickly booked me in to fix an issue with the wiring in my new house. They aren’t the ones that made the mistakes but they came in and fixed all of the crappy work. I would 110% recommend them to anybody looking for an electrician!

    MAIN FLOOR CEILING LIGHTING REPLACEMENT; DONE A VERY GOOD JOB.

    THE LIGHTING ON THE MAIN FLOOR WAS TO LOW, I EXPLAIN THE ELECTRICIAN WHAT I WANTED AND, HE RECOMENDED WHAT KIND WAS GOING TO LOOK BETTER. I AM VERY PLEASED ABOUT A JOB WELL DONE! A couple of days ago or so, I already had filled your assessment request.

    Hot tub, heater in garage and smoke and carbon monoxide detector

    I can’t say enough of how impressed I was with 24/7 electric work. I originally called them to fix the connection to our hot tub and wire the heater in our garage. He did an excellent job at both of these things but also offered to fix our smoke and carbon monoxide detector that had been hanging by wires from our ceiling. My husband had tried to install them previously and failed miserably. It was so wonderful to come home and have all my smoke and carbon monoxide detectors installed neatly and correctly.

    Excellent Service

    Drew came out to get out house wired for fibre and rerun a few other items and through some goofy set ups in our house wound up coming back 2 additional times and spending much longer than initially anticipated getting everything set up. He was super friendly and professional throughout, despite my dog being a loud rude individual the whole time. Price was fair and everyone I dealt with was lovely, and despite the setbacks everything works perfectly now. Would highly recommend.

    These guys are legit!

    Reliable, trustworthy and an electrician who takes pride in his work, seems rare nowadays! I cannot express what a breath of fresh air Davin and Shane at 24/7 electric are. I will definitely go back to these guys for any future work! (New electrical panel and mast installed)

    New Telephone and Internet Lines

    I'm quite happy with the customer service and the quality of workmanship for the running of new cables for separate telephone and internet services to my rental suite. Dale is awesome. Thanks!
