    Raccoons and wasp nest

    We sighted raccoons is our backyard and a wasp nest in the bush in the front yard. We had used Pest Protection Plus in the past and we decided to call them again. Brent from Pest Protection Plus came at the appointed time and efficiently took care of our issues. Brent was courteous and pleasant and he explained everything that he would do before he started. Pest Protection Plus is professional, prompt and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Pest Protection Plus for your pest control needs.

    Making mice removal a pleasant experience

    Alison and her colleagues at Pest Protection Plus are pleasant, professional and make pest control actually pleasant. I contacted them to remove mice that got into my home and within 3 months, as promised, the mice were gone. The company was prompt, courteous and great at communication, texting and emailing confirmation of visits. Best of all, they get the job done. I would not hesitate to recommend them again.

    Pest Removal

    Discovered a nest of what I assumed were wasps/hornets. Called around to assistance with removal, no way was I doing it myself. I called several companies and this company was really the only one that truly listen to me, and offered a next morning appointment (others were sometime the following week). The price was comparable to others. After I hung up, I got an email and text confirming my request and appointment details. On the day of arrival I was told that the technician would be at my home between 10-12. At approximately 930, I got a text telling me the t ch was on his way. Upon arrival, Brent was polite, efficient and extremely knowledgeable, he confirmed that they were Bald Faced Wasps, and told me how he was going to deal with them. He was fast and efficient. After he was done he told me what to expect over the next couple hours. I have to say, after spending most of my career in customer service, this is a company that truly believes in it. Thanks guys, keep up the great work!

    Alison is amazing!

    Great Job!

    We had been hearing something in our attic and found a hole through our soffit. A neighbor recommended Pest Protection Plus and they were here within a few days. Ben was very good at describing exactly what was gonna be done and even went to the attic to see if there was a raccoon still in there. I would highly recommend Pest Protection Plus to anyone else who asks me how to get rid of these animals. Thank you for a great job.

    Squirrel in wall

    Gentleman from pest protection plus came was quick with dealing with problem and friendly customer care. Will definitely use their service again if another problem ever comes up in the future.

    Ben did an excellent job

    They showed up always on time and explained the process very well. They don’t harm the animals and makes sure safety is their priority. Ben was very polite and courteous. I would totally recommend them to anyone who needs wildlife removal. 5 star service.

    Pest Removal

    Squirrel got into the Kitchen Bump out Roof by chewing through the Plastic Roof Vent. Called them up & they were out in a few days. Excellent communication thru texting. Showed up on time & installed a Metal Cage over the Vent which had a 1 way door so the Pest could get out but not back in. The next morning I saw the Squirrel chewing on the Metal Cage trying to get back in - he was mad ! I just hope there were no babies.

    Removal of pesty racoon under deck

    The service was excellent. I really thought I had to remove a skunk so they initially brought a small cylinder. After a couple of "lost baits" and the cylinder being knocked around I asked if they had a bigger cage. This yielded results quickly. A racoon. Its been a couple of weeks now and my little buddy has not returned. Very happy!! Thanks!

    Same-day removal of dead raccoon

    Found a dead raccoon on our back deck first thing this morning. Was able to communicate via text with Pest Protection while running some errands. Got a quote, my questions answered and booked the job, all via text. Very easy system. I received regular updates as to my job, the arrival of someone and my bill payment. Alison was fast, friendly and efficient with the removal of the dead raccoon and the cleaning/sanitizing of the deck.
