Anthony and Brent are very responsive to my calls and concerns. Anthony responded to my call at 8 pm in the evening, then sending Brent to my house the next day. Brent was awesome. He was very attentive to my concerns and worries.
My sons came back from staying over in cabin with bed bugs bites. We were very concerned if there was any bed bugs that got brought with them to our house. On the first inspection, Brent did not find any signs of bedbugs. He suggested to wait for a week and see what happens. He gave his genuine opinion. He did not push me to get the spraying to be done.
About 1.5 weeks later I contacted Anthony again and just like my first call, Anthony was also very attentive to my concerns. He sent Brent again for another inspection, and Brent did a very thorough inspections and did not find any signs of bedbugs. He stepped it up a notch by giving us spraying on the baseboards to ensure if there's any bedbugs behind the baseboards, the spray would kill them. And, he also taught us on some more things to catch the bedbugs if there's any.
Overall I am very satisfied with both Anthony's and Brent's level of service and genuine empathy to my concerns. Keep up the good work, guys.
