    Highly Recommended From A Family Member

    When we were looking to add security cameras to our home, Ray came highly recommended from a family member. This was our first time having something like this done, and with us being busy with careers and a child, he was incredibly helpful and patient with all of our questions. He guided us through the decision making process and we appreciated his honesty. He braved the December cold to make sure it was done quickly. Overall, we really appreciated his service and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have cameras installed.

    Customer service

    Had cameras installed 3 yrs ago and work great! I've had a no issues with the cameras or the box. I've had issues when my ip address changed however have always been able to contact the installer and he was quick to reposted and resolve in a timely fashion. Would I recommend this company, yes 100%. Great experience since the day I signed up!

    alarm system

    Ray is very responsive. He had to come to our house several times for installation during different stages of renovation and was always prompt. His prices are also competitive. I would highly recommend. Dan

    Great service

    Ray was professional, gave me a competitive price and the best part was triple a support after the installation. Often times router switches would make my app unusable, but a quick message to Ray it would be fixed same day.

    Camera Installation & Home monitoring

    My association with Ray has been for almost 10 years he provided monitoring service and camera Installation for my store and house. Always been very professional with the services he has provided and very punctual which is rarity with contractors. Too bad that the rating for the quality of services cannot exceed 10 because Total Security & Ray deserve much more. Keep up the great work Ray.     Security System

    Ray was very professional and knowledgeable in providing our family with various affordable security surveillance devices and accessories. He was patient while we decided what product(s) to use, all the while by providing us with an abundance of relevant info and options as it related to the best options for our home.     Great service

    Ray runs a great alam company and when I have any issues all I need to do is call him and he will come by or call me back right away and fix the issue I am experiencing and it’s done right the first time and no need to call him back as it was done correctly. I give him and his company A+++ I look forward working with him over the upcoming years
