    Theatre room setup

    Great guys, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Alway on time and there when they said they’d be. Both Ray and Erin were very Professional, even when the job was complete and they were full paid out they still were there for me to answer any of the questions I had. I got 4 different quotes and these guys were not only the cheapest but they also had the better product. Couldn’t be happier. Thanks again guys!!

    Home surveillance system

    Very satisfied with the professional work done by Ray @ Total Security Surveillance Co in setting up the surveillance system. Ray was quick in responding to our requirements and in providing us with relevant information of the system. With his domain expertise, the job was completed on time and to perfection. Would very well work again with Total Security Surveillance Co on future projects and would recommend Ray for his services.

    Very Responsive!

    I was searching for a home camera security system late on a Friday afternoon. I did not expect to get any responses until Monday. Ray at Total Security, contacted me within 30 minutes of my inquiry. He was prompt and efficient and sent me several options. Ray visited my home on Saturday to do an assessment. Unfortunately, he was unable to provide exactly what I needed (which I knew would be challenging), but nonetheless, he was extremely helpful, gave me some good advice, responded very quickly and at all times was completely professional. Though I couldn't use him based on my particular requirements, I would still recommend him to anyone looking for a home camera security system.

    Security cameras and DVR system

    Ray did an amazing job with the installation of 4 cameras and a DVR system. He was very professional, friendly and attended to any calls I made requesting information, in a very timely manner. He took the time to explain how the system worked. I would definitely recommend his company to anyone looking for a security system.

    Totally Secure and Surveyed

    This one is dedicated to all the people looking to purchase a lot of price of mind for little cost. Total Security and Surveillance Co(1994) should be number one on your list for any type of home or business protection. Ray was dedicated, patient, honest and quick to help us choose the equipment package that best suited our needs.     Whole home alarm

    Ray helped me get an existing system working again after I bought a new house. He was able to use most of the existing components, saving me money, and then worked through all of the problems my home had until the system worked perfectly. He's been my alarm guy (more like friends) for the past 2 years, and he's made several follow up visits whenever I ask for his help adjusting the settings.

    New security system

    Ray did a great job with the installation of a new security system and dvr security cameras. He was very professional, friendly and flexible working around and changing his schedule to accommodate ongoing renovations on short notice. I would definitely recommend his company to friends and family.

    Dedicated, organized, thorough

    Ray did an amazing job for - and is also a very genuine person. I would not hesitate to recommend him many times over. Despite a few surprises during the installation of our system, Ray didn't fret and got the job done despite the extra time it took. He is also incredibly organized and on time which - always makes things run smoother.
