    Camera and Alarm

    Had an amazing experience with Rahil. Very punctual and well informed. Had my best interest in mind and always gave me a good deal. Have referred many of my friends to him and they have never been disappointed. His after sales service is top notch, always replies to text and phone calls and does not ignore which is why i keep going back to him. Highly recommend

    HOME VIDEO SURVEILLANCE RECORDING SYSTEM

    RAY is a Total Professional. He listened to All my Concerns. Very Knowledgeable & Patient. ( I'm a retired police officer of 35 years) I could not be Happier with 4 cameras, recorded 24/7. RAY, has Almost 30 years Experience, under his Belt. He even got me to get out my contract, and i'm paying half of what i was paying under contract. Just $15.00/month, No Gimmicks! RAY, is Your Pro, for Commercial & Residential Security Camera Set Up! Also, Surround Sound Home Systems. Yes! He does that Too. THANKS RAY! WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Home surveillance well done & reasonable

    Total security was recommended to me and after contacting Ray who was professional & summarize what was required around the home. Pricing was reasonable, installation neat and good service overall with the service. Ray was available for any installation assistance, I would highly recommend his company

    Surveillance Camera System

    Ray demonstrated why he has been excelling in his field since 1994 when I hired his company - TOTAL SECURITY- to install a surveillance system in my home. He was very consultative, thorough, and empathic with my security needs. He offered a range of affordable solutions after assessing my security needs, and that made it easier for me to select the best product package for my needs. He was very professional and prompt in his work, and even went the extra mile with procuring some miscellaneous accessories for the installation. Lastly, he was very client-centred, developed a rapport, and encouraged me to contact him anytime for any future troubleshooting or clarification requests. Overall, He procured a great, sophisticated product for me, and fulfilled his end of the bargain with great customer service. Thanks Ray!

    Great service

    Ray provided us not only with professional, friendly, quick service, but with peace of mind and safety in our home. As soon as I contacted Ray, he responded with an initial estimate and sent a detailed quote once we decided to go ahead. Ray was great on the day of installation- tidy and efficient, super personable, and so kind to our young daughter. He also dealt calmly with an angry neighbour. We had 3 cameras installed and Ray set us up with the hardware, downloaded apps for our devices, and patiently walked us through how to use all of it. We feel confident in the security that Ray has provided us with and would gladly recommend Total Security to anyone. Thanks Ray!

    Reconfigure Home Security Cameras

    Contacted Ray from Total Security to reconfigure my home security cameras which were not functiong. He sends an estimated time of arrival in a text message. He is polite. respectful and punctual. Ray through his remote contact person upgraded my DVR's firmware. Being a senior I was somewhat intimidated by the technology but he was patient and took the time to explain. I found him to be friendly, reliable and trustworthy. You can count on him to give you great customer service at a very reasonable price. I'd like to give him a 10+

    surveillance System

    Outdoor home security cameras

    Great service and good quality. I finally feel secure and have peace of mind, Ray did a fantastic job installing and prepared everything to detail as explained and went extra and beyond.

    100% Professional Services

    Very reliable and responsive security alarm/cameras company. I have been a satisfied customer for the last few years and have experienced little to no issues. I would definitely recommend to others looking for home safety alarm system and security cameras. Ray is extremely professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.
