    Efficiency with great price

    We were looking for a security system installation for our new house and got quotes from several companies in the area. Ray was very on top of the deal and was very patient with questions and concerns we had. When we mentioned to him that we got a better deal with lower initial fees, Ray was able to match the deal and providing much lower monthly cost to us which provided us with a great deal in the end. During the whole interaction with Ray, he has been very genuine to us. He really put our interest first and helped us to avoid unnecessary expenses. He is also super efficient, from the time that we decided to go with his company on a Friday, he came next Monday and got everything to work in around one hour. We were very impressed with his speed. I don't normally give reviews for companies but Ray has asked me a few times. I felt he did a great job for us and really deserve a good review from me. As long as you don't mind being asked to give a great company some support, I highly recommend you give Ray a try.

    Service

    Ray is very professional. He always respond to your calls as well as your text messages. He always explain you everything upfront and there is no hidden charges. He answer all your questions very patiently. We recommend him to everyone and his service was excellent.

    Security Camera Installation

    We were looking for someone to install a camera system we had purchased a few years ago & I found Ray on HomeStars. He responded promptly & we met to review our requirements. After discussing, we decided to go with an updated system instead (and liked the camera technology he recommended). We were on a budget and Ray was good not ‘oversell’ us a bigger (more expensive) system than we actually needed. The cameras are installed, wiring is nicely hidden, and we are happy with the system. We recommend Ray’s services.

    Camera and Ring Doorbell Install

    I have been in contact with Ray for close to 2 years and finally decided to take the plunge and get some upgrades to our security. He was patient with my requests throughout and quite educational as well. Totally pleased with his service. No hesitation to recommend.

    Awesome...just awesome!!

    Had to have my camera system upgraded. As with all the other things I have had done by Ray, he always goes above and beyond to please the customer. Ray took his time to educate on the differences of the cameras, and his prices are by far the best. Would recommend Ray to anyone and I have.

    Security Cameras Installation

    Ray is a very knowledgeable and professional technician. I wanted an inexpensive but reliable home monitoring system and I was looking for someone to install security cameras and Ray was recommended by one of my friends and got the above product installed by him. He visited my home quickly after first-contact and made a recommendation based on my actual needs and excellent pricing. He scheduled the installation with an acceptable lead-time, visited as promised, and worked diligently to have a very good installation. His work was clean and top-notch. The best thing about Ray is that he commissions every job himself and doesn't leave behind any unnecessary drywall patches or holes which is one of my pet peeves. I am very satisfied with Ray's work. I would definitely recommend him and his company Total Security to all my friends.

    Lirex cameras install

    Clean install, courteous. 4 star rating due to unfamiliarity with Lorex cam system that was installed and recommendation to familiarize with them. Everything else was done well but a bit longer than expected.

    Alarm & Camera system installed
