    Security Camera Installaltion

    We were looking to install security cameras for our home and didn’t have to think twice to call Ray (Total Security Co) since he installed our alarm monitoring system 10 years back and we were always pleased with his service. Ray is very knowledgeable and what I like the most in dealing with Ray is, he explains everything upfront including price (Absolutely no hidden charges), quality of cameras, warranty, etc. Other aspect stands out is, his after-sale service, he will answer our phone call or returns calls promptly, he will listen to all our questions patiently and resolve our concerns.

    Great Service. Great Experience

    We contacted Ray in early January about installing security cameras at our home. He came promptly. He gave us a great quote. He installed the security cameras in short order (and not in ideal weather conditions). And when we had an issue with understanding how to access the cameras remotely, he was quick to return our call, attend at our home and troubleshoot the problem. We are extremely satisfied with Ray and his can-do attitude. We would not hesitate recommending Total Security (and, in fact, have already done so).

    Highly recommended from a family member

    When we were looking to add security cameras to our home, Ray came highly recommended from a family member. This was our first time having something like this done, and with us being busy with careers and a child, he was incredibly helpful and patient with all of our questions. He guided us through the decision making process and we appreciated his honesty. He braved the December cold to make sure it was done quickly. Overall, we really appreciated his service and will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have cameras installed.

    Security Systems

    Highly Recommended,Ray has excellent work ethics, Punctual & most importantly, very friendly. Answers all our queries with ease. also excellent knowledge of the systems that is required for safety of the houses.

    Installation of Cameras Updatig Security System

    security cameras

    Ray installed all my security cameras and systems . He tested and ensure all the programming and functionality were correct and to customer satisfaction. Anyone requires security alarms or cameras call Ray.

    Camera

    I was looking for 4 maintenance free cameras for my new house. My neighbor who had resently installed a security system with cameras gave me Rays card. I called Ray and he responded right away. He came over to our house and gave us a couple of recommendations. We went with the package that best suited our budget. I saved quite a bit of money. The insulation, the service, the set up and the explanation how everything works was excellent. I would surely recommend Ray to my friends and family.

    Dispensing off with landline for security services

    We have been dealing with Ray Merchant of Total Security Company for the past 8 years and do not have any hesitation in recommending his services for home security. Recently we had a problem with the company providing landline, internet and television services to our home (whose loyal customers we had been for about 15 years!) and we wanted to dispense with their services. When we contacted Ray, he not only gave us a new way to deal with the problem, but he also suggested and provided cost effective services so we could totally dispense with the need for a landline connection. Thanks Ray, for giving us a new option of saving money on landline services that we do not need by installing this new home security tool!

    GREAT QUALITY, EXCELLENT SERVICE!

    My husband and I have been wanting exterior cameras installed on our property for awhile now. We wanted good quality, great picture, wired with install. I am so fortunate we came across Total Security Co. Ray was such a pleasure to deal with. He provided many packages too choose from. He met with us, went over what he recommended we needed, listened to our every word, stuck with our budget and had the job done fast. The workmanship, quality and customer service was incredible. He took the time to install the program on any devices we needed, and followed up with us days after to ensure we were happy with the product.
