    Home security

    Easy to operate and good thing is good system and economy all people are good and cooperating with queries and answering phone calls

    Alarm/Home Security

    Ray has installed alarm systems in two homes that we have lived in, and each experience has been outstanding. Ray is not only knowledgeable and professional, he is readily available should any issues arise. On top of that, he shows true concern for the health and safety of your family. Highly recommended!

    Security camera installation

    Ray did an extremely clean and detailed job of the installation of four security cameras for our home. He worked very hard until he got exactly the placement and images of the surrounding entrances and driveway of our home. He was also excellent at following up after the installation to come and tweak any issues that arose. We were really happy with the end result and would recommend him to friends and family.

    Alarm and Home Security Cameras

    First met Ray from Total Security Co. when I bought my first house. Ray installed our alarm. It was such a painless experience and he was there to guide us for the best products for our needs. We bought the alarm outright with no long term contracts, just monitoring. When we sold and bought a new house, there was no hesitation in calling Ray again to upgrade the old alarm at the house and we had him install security cameras as well. Once again, painless and Ray is always a phone call or text away if we have a question. The thing that sets Total Security Co. (Ray) apart from other companies is the customer service after the install. He stands by his products and will go above and beyond to make sure they are always operating to our satisfaction. Ray makes you feel like family, it's that kind of care he puts into his work and it shows in the long run.

    Excellent service n customer service

    Being a police officer always worried about family security. Ray provided me sense of security by means of alarm n surveillance system. Excellent service and customer satisfaction. Will recommended to every one who wants to feel satisfaction for family n loved ones security.

    home security and CCTV camera

    I met Ray last year regarding threat of criminal activity in our neighborhood and he acted upon my request very fast. He installed security system and CCTV camera at a very affordable price and is always available on phone to answer any question. He provided detailed information about the home alarm system and was very professional while installing it. He has been in this industry for over 20 years and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for efficient and affordable home/business security system

    Moving into a new neighbourhood and trying to find your bearings is stressful no matter how organized you are, there is no way you plan for every eventuality. Ray brought me piece of mind. Just when I realized I needed a home security system Ray crossed my path. I will always be thankful for that day. His prompt courteous service was greatly appreciated.

    Got the Alarm System installed by Ray Merchant of Total Security and paid the hardware costs upfront plus monthly costs for Alarm monitoring. Excellent service and tech support by Ray from Total Security.
