    Alarm system and Security camera

    Ray has installed 2 alarm systems and a security camera system for me so far and I'm ready to give him another job and he has agreed to install it for me at a short notice. Thanks Ray for fast professional service.

    You want service , grantee professional on call 24/7 Ray your man never never let us down , installed , after service . a friend + satisfaction in only the beginning with Ray

    Installation of Home alarm system

    Hi, Ray's ability to do the job is solid and professional. he is always customer centric. Even though we engaged Ray (Rahil), many years ago, we still stay connected today, and maintain a friendship. I would recommmend Ray to anyone looking for solid service.

    Alarm system

    We have been with the company for over 5 years and Ray has been excellent in explaining everything and showing up when we may have an issue. He has been doing a great job, Very detail oriented, professional, knowledgeable and very thorough. We appreciate the excellent service being provided.

    Home security system

    I changed my security system but wanted to use the existing panel and other devices that I had from before. Thank you for the wonderful service in reconfiguring it. Everything up till now is getting done in a timely manner. We are so glad we chose Total Security!

    Alarm hookup

    I called Ray after another private security person came to install a new alarm pad and front door wires as we were getting a new front door. I have been trying to contact my initial contact since January with no response. Luckily I came across Ray and his company in order to help me reconnect my front door wires. Ray was patient and knowledgeable and explained my different available options for a monthly alarm system and clearly explained the costs and I feel he gave his honest and sincere answers to some of the questions I had. I truly believe him when he says if I have any issues or questions, call him and he will troubleshoot the issue. Thank you Ray for connecting my front door wires after the original company yielded no response. Ray answered my email immediately and after texting him my address came out same day and kept me up to date of how long he would be and was flexible to meet me at a time that suited me.

    Four security camera system

    We had four security camera system installed by total security. Ray was excellent in workmanship and customer service. Price was very reasonable and extremely satisfied with the installation. If you are in the market for home security definitely consider total security.

    Video Camera System

    We had decided to install video cameras on the outside and within our home. I sent an email to Total Security Co, as well as several other alarm companies. Total security was the first to respond with a detailed quote including a few options. I was really impressed that Ray Merchant attended my home the next day to finalize the quote. Ray was very helpful with suggesting placement of the cameras, and never tried to add anything that was unnecessary. He took the time to explain how the system would work, and what would be involved in this project. Ray is a very honest man, and I would highly recommend him. Ultimately we did not go ahead with the project, but my experience was so positive I decided to write this review.

    Instal alarm system and vision video intercom

    Home Video Surveillance Installation
