    Security camera and DVR installation

    Nice to know that after a year, I can still call for information/assistance. I changed my modem, and needed some technical info. I got an immediate response, and was back up and running in minutes. All 4 of my cameras are working flawlessly.

    Installation of Home Security Cameras

    Total Security installed security cameras at my home. My experience was very positive from the start to the competition of the project. Ray provides a level of customer service rarely seen today. He is highly organized, extremely knowledgeable, very accessible and quick to respond to questions. Ray is also very patient with those who are not well versed in todays technology. Thanks, Ray!

    A job well done

    Total security Company installed the security system and did a great job. The installer Mr Ray was punctual, had a profession attitude and did the job to my satisfaction and in time. I wish total security the best of their business in future jobs.

    Quality, Professional Service

    Ray responded to my inquiry quickly and efficiently. He provided good advice and lots of options for our home security cameras. He installed quickly, cleaned up and explained each step. Highly recommended!

    Follow-up Help Needed - Ray came right away!

    Ray under-promises and over delivers in product value and customer service. I had changed my internet and didn't realize it would impact my ability to monitor my property while remote. I called Ray and he diagnosed the issue right away and explained that a service call would be required to get them back online for a small fee. I didn't hesitate as I value Ray's time and with travel costs being what they are these days. He was very efficient and demonstrated the fix before he left to my satisfaction. It seems difficult to find consistently trustworthy people these days but Ray is one of them:)

    Ray Delivers, Time and Time Again

    We purchased a security camera system with 4 cameras in 2019 from Ray, and since then, we've used the camera system for a car taken off our driveway, vandalism against one of our cars, teens weirdly hanging around our driveway, and a neighbour's car getting broken into. Yes, there is a lot of action on our street and thank goodness for these cameras. Each time, we were able to review what had happened, and who had done it, and that we can download the footage to hand off to the police. We will get a technical issue here and there, and Ray is always happy to help and can diagnose the issue quickly. We highly recommend his services and have already referred some family members.

    Awesome service after installation

    Ray had installed a security system at my place a couple of years ago . Yesterday there was a power surge in the area that caused the pane to get lit up and required a service call. I messaged Ray about the issue and he patiently walked me though the process of resetting the system and addressing the issue over a call - had it been any one else I am sure it would have resulted in an expensive emergency visit. Ray took the time to determine if a visit was needed or not by helping provide instructions to reset the system first . Loved the service dedication and sentiment.

    Security cameras, computer lines, etc.

    Ray is an exceptional business man. He is ALWAYS ready to come and complete a job for us when we need him. He even troubleshoots over the phone!! He is knowledgeable and professional and we would recommend him to anyone!
